This hotel was such good value and exceeded my expectations for a number of reasons. The location was excellent, near train stations and just minutes away from the Lake. Surrounded by restaurants & cafes you are spoilt for choice of where to eat. I booked a single room and expected a box, but couldn’t believe how much space I had for storage and moving around. Delightfully clean and lovely products in the bathroom. Faultless.

It was just a small walk from the promenade. Easy walking to ferry, traon station and buses.

The room was quite stuffy even with the window and air conditioning on. Considering this was in March I would be concerned what the summer will be like.

The room was lovely and clean, with a great bathroom. The location of the hotel was also excellent and right on a beautiful square and very close to both the train station and ferry port.

The heater could not be turned off so i had to sleep with the balcony door open which, obviously, was a little noisy but no real problem.

The location was amazing and the friendly staff were a huge bonus.

Breakfast is pricy but it's Como I guess

Perfect location at the Piazza, cute simple hotel with good breakfast. Really loved the small bathroom with skylight on the top floor.

No Netflix or anything much on the tv in English. I speak Italian so not a problem for me but my husband was disappointed by the programmes in English.

This is the best 3 star hotel ever! Great room with good light for reading. Great 15 euro breakfast with avocado, bacon, mushrooms and scrambled eggs plus fresh juice you can squeeze yourself and great pastries and cakes. And lovely staff.

Great location in the centre of Como. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Reduced parking fee in collaboration with a secure public parking lot three minutes walk away. We didn’t avail of breakfast so no comment but there are plenty of places within a couple of minutes walk to get a coffee and croissant. Lots of great restaurants located nearby.

The room was maybe a little on the small side. It could get noisy outside, a little courtyard that was very echoey, but fortunately not in the middle of the night, so I slept fine. I would've appreciated a free breakfast for the price.

The location was great, very easy to find from the train station (10 minutes, maybe less) .The room was comfortable and pleasant.

Hotel is in a great central location, 2 minute walk from the lake and around a lot of local sights and restaurants. There is an elevator and room and bathroom are nice and comfortable as well.

Great location at a nice square in the absolute centre of Como, easy walk from and to the train station. Good price for the attic room, no view of the city (unless you jump or are very tall) but spacious with a huge bed and desk. Lots of storage, very good service from the staff. Good breakfast.
