It would have been better had the orange juice at breakfast been prepared as opposed to having to squeeze it for five minutes.

Perfect location with very cosy surroundings. Lovely staff, excellent breakfast, and room was always throughly cleaned. The ideal accommodation for anyone planning a holiday in the region.

Nothing..we like walking up the stairs to keep us fit but the lift was slow but ok.

Everything…we have stayed here a few times.It is so central…we love it! Hotel breakfast was excellent. Our bedroom was comfortable and value for money.

Hotel in a very good location close to the train and ferry and in the centre of all the restaurants. Very well equipped bathroom and amazing shower. They also prepared rose petals on request

The hotel is centrally located. Very close to the train station and in the middle of the square. Very cute town. They called a taxi for us when it was time to go and while the station was close it was raining.

Though I booked two rooms together (since there was no room available for a family of 4), I had to ask the receptionist to give us the rooms at least on the same floor.

Renovated rooms, comfortable beds, great location, in a nice pedestrian square in short walking distance from the train station and lake Como. Definitely recommend.

The only window in the room was in the ceiling so we didn’t have any view (except the sky) (note: I didn’t book a city view specific room). Also there was no electric kittle but alternatively the reception assistant offered us hot water each time we asked for it.

Location is great for a walk in the city or getting to the lake. Also the room was nice, comfortable and clean.

Great room right on a bustling square. There was a small balcony (not big enough to sit out on but big enough for two to stand on) overlooking the square, which was filled with restaurants and food carts. Easy, quick walk to the lakefront sidewalk. Large bathroom was nice. Overall great location and a nice sized room and bathroom.

Not a very comfortable room in the attic - you can’t admire the views, but you can endure it for two days!

The most important advantage of the hotel is its excellent location! The hotel is very good for this price - the staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are clean, the breakfast is quite acceptable. You can confidently recommend it to friends and acquaintances!

In some of the rooms you need to be careful about opening your curtains and shutters as the bed room and bathroom windows open directly into other residents windows.

It has a great location on the main plaza of the pedestrian area. While there aren't any good views from the rooms, they are a good size and well kept.

The location was excellent, as it was located in a central location with close access to the lake, and restaurants. The breakfast was good. Our room was comfortable with a nice view of the piazza.

The windows are a bit old and cannot be operated quite easily.

I really enjoyed the breakfast variety and quality. The staff was very friendly and the location is amazing.
