I could hear the people in the next room but that didn’t disturb me once I had gone to sleep.

The staff were excellent and made me feel very welcome. The shower was very good. The location was great - about 5 minutes walk from the station. It is a budget hotel but it included breakfast which was nice.

Excellent accommodation in a great location in the centre of Tirano, less than 10 minute walk from station. Very friendly staff, a very decent continental style breakfast. Room was very comfortable and roomy.

The only small criticism is no lift, but the manager carried our luggage up to the rooms for us.

The two idiot women in room No:2 who kept me awake all night with loud TV and never ending shouted conversation. Deafening.

It is always nice to have tea/coffee making facilities but minor problem.

Family run and friendly, the staff were very helpful when I had a transport problem. Cheap wine and a good Continental breakfast too. Room big enough and shower good. It’s old fashioned in decor, which I like and location close to the station is handy,

No AC so it was quite hot in the room during the night. Air freshener is provided, but you have to turn it on like every 20 minutes or so. Otherwise it will stop working.

First of all, the advantage of the hotel is a great family atmosphere. We thank the staff for their care and kindness. The hotel is located in the very center, two steps from the restaurant and a 10-minute walk from the Bernina Express station. I recommend.

This property is located near the old part of Tiranno. We were in room 9 which had a terrace and a mountain view. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the train station, which is convenient for those traveling with the Bernina Express. Breakfast is included. The host was kind and gave us additional information about Tiranno and the Bernina Express train.

breakfast offerings were a little lean - but the price was great so not a big deal. They were so nice it just didn't matter :-)

DOn't expect the Ritz Carlton - the room was very basic - but it met our needs. Where this hotel beats others is on the level of support from the staff/team. When we checked in - they asked about our plans and gave us great tips for taking the train to St Moritz and where to stop along the way. They also gave us excellent tips on restaurants etc. I can't emphasize enough how great the staff there was - every person we spoke with went out of their way to be helpful - It was such a positive experience - we would definitely stay there again. the location was great for us - there are some great restaurants near there and it is short walk to the train station etc.

No internet in Tirano because of weather conditions made it difficult to find without Google maps

The service was fantastic..this is a family owned hotel the host makes you feel comfortable.
