The only thing that would make the room better would be a little fridge and fresh bottles of water. Other then that everything else was perfect.

The hotel is spotless, very clean all over. The room was perfect with a great view of the Capri Bay. Just minutes from the main square of Capri town, you’re surrounded in shops, restaurants and café’s. The breakfast was fresh and had more options then most. The staff are very friendly and made us feel very welcome. we look forward to staying here again. A+ Recommend

The single bed room had toilet outside room, but luckily they moved me to otter room as the room had some issues. Breakfast is basic coffe and pastry cake..

The views from our balcony room were breathtaking. The staff was outstanding, 5 Stars from Orlando helping with bags to Marco's welcome treat of cappuccino and fruit. Carmen was also a charm as second host. The full Italian style breakfast menu (included) had an amazing collection of fresh fruit, pastries and protein choices. Orlando helped with excellent reservations on booking both lunch and dinner options.

The behavior of the one n only staff. I think he needs to improve his communication skills with all guests...EQUALLY. I was traveling solo and not European looking, so I think i got some inappropriate behaviors from him. One of them .. *He didn't let me keep my backpack a bit longer after I checked out. I had my ferry at 5pm.After i checked out at 12 pm, he called me 2,3 times to take my bag by 2 pm..!! He didn't even let me keep it till 4 pm,even though I requested..!! That time, he behaved very rudely and wanted me to leave the premises asap with my backpack,as if I had never paid to stay there! That was really upsetting for me. Also,I had to roam around with my heavy backpack the rest of the times. I hope he works on his behavior.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

I was there for two days and I can tell that it was the best decision to stay there. Everything was perfect. My room was so cozy, clean and the bed was so comfy. There work the kindest stuff I’ve ever seen, they were so nice and gave us an opportunity to leave our luggage for some hours even after the check out. The location is perfect too, it’s right at the centre. And also, it includes great breakfast with the most beautiful view to the whole island, and that became my favourite spot. Right in two min walk there were bus stops to almost each part of and an island. I would suggest you definitely to stay there, you won’t regret it.
