Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

It was just across from the Metro subway station with cheap and very quick access to the centre of the city and the intercity trains. The car park was useful as we left our car after we checked out, until we needed to leave for the airport.

Location is not in the very centre, but it was quiet and the air was fresh outside. The staff was helpful and friendly. They provided an iron to iron my clothes. Room was simple but very clean and nice. Good internet.

Nicola, the manager was extremely helpful. We arrived after 23.00h however he could guide us from a distance and that worked out very well. Also the other staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. Hotel is well situated at 5 minutes walk from the underground station to the centre.

GermanyHotel could do with a renovation, old fashioned decor. Not hotel’s fault, but location was a little further away from town than I thought but still a manageable 20 minute walk. The car parks need to be better signposted.
Last minute booking, and it was cheap. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and all spoke good English. Breakfast was reasonable, mainly Italian style sweet stuff but with some savoury meats and breads. Free parking.

Brescia is a relatively small city and the location between the university and the city center was convenient. Especially if you use the metro.
