There were no tea/coffee making facilities and there was no hairdryer in the room. I did see a hairdryer when I stored my luggage so you could ask for one! Also, the hotel is so close to bars and restaurants and a 24 hour snack/drinks vending machine place that it didn't really matter about not being able to make a drink in the room.

Clean, basic room and bathroom. Great to have some outside space too, with a lovely view. Fantastic location, which is super close to the port (3 minute walk off the ferry), bus terminal (also only 3 minutes away) and the main street with shops, bars and restaurants. You can take a 40 minute walk down that street all the way to the castle. I got the bus there and walked back. The receptionist was warm, friendly and really helpful. He did not speak much English (but better than my Italian!). We managed to communicate well enough and he showed me highlights of Ischia on a map. He also let me leave my luggage at the hotel after checking out and I collected it just before boarding the ferry. My bag was so heavy so it was great to be so close to the ferry port!

The location beats everything. It is located literally 1 min walk from the port, 2min to the bus stop. It's located on the side street, but from our balcony we had a view towards the harbour. It's old, a bit shabby, but very clean. The receptionist gave us a great recommendations for the restaurants. Take your own mosquito repellent and something to keep your room "mosquito free". We brought our own electric Anti Mosquitoes diffuser, it did a magic, we slept with the windows open. The hotel provided one too, but it wasn't effective, possibly the pads were old.

I didn’t like the fact of hearing noises from other guests’ rooms next to mine but that’s gone alright for a few night

Great location, very close to the Ischia port, bus station, shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Comfy bed and overall great clealiness. Staff is super lovely and always there to help or if you want additional things (eg. hair drier) if you can’t find them in the room. Air con, tv and wifi are available and work great.

The shower head in my room leaked everywhere and got water all over the floor. Lots of mosquitoes but they did provide a coil for this - I didn't use it.

Very friendly staff, family run hotel. Spotlessly clean, room cleaned daily. Great location, hopped on and off the ferry in 2 minutes walk to the hotel. It's a budget hotel, no frills and not luxurious by any means but perfect for a comfy clean place to crash whilst exploring ischia!

There was nothing not to like. It is a beautiful island and so clean. Public transport was great and we went to Sant Lucia on the other side of the island without any hassle.

There was no breakfast offered but that wasn't a problem as there was a Supermarket next door and lots of restuarants around. Great little Pub a couple of doors up and so all in all a great location and a lovely stay.

The room was nice and functional, great, seemingly rather new bathroom, big bed and working air condition, beautiful cupboard for storage! Staff very friendly and accommodating, great location for me (directly at the ferry station, but set back a little so not noisy), short walk (less than 5min) to central busses

The window and patio door were drafty and occasionally made big slamming noises because the weather was bad, windy and rainy. I was a half day late on being able to change my reservation, even though they had rooms for a later date they would not change my booking for those dates.My booking was 6 days away. I understood but disappointed because I was so close to the booking deadline and had a health issue, in the end I was fine and I made my reservation date.

The location was great. It was 4 minutes from the port and the bus station and 5 minutes to the main, fancy town street. I liked the room everything was nice.
