Everything; the hotel was in a very convenient location. The staff was excellent and they took the extra steps to make everything we did so easy. Our room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The owners were hands on and were accommodating to any requests we had. We did not use the bikes but took advantage of the beautiful rooftop pool and deck with beautiful views of the harbor.to

United KingdomNot necessarily the hotel but in general be aware that driving and parking in this area is just busy and tricky. You can have a parking space which is secured in a garage and the staff keeps the key. We tried not to use the car; the boat, bus and train are really good.
Breakfast was great, home made and fresh cakes and lots of choice. Got a larger room than we thought with balcony and was always perfectly air-conditioned. Lovely roof terrace with a hot tub, looks like recently done and great views from here. We found it super hard to find any hotel with some sort of pool so were really happy with our choice. Staff was very friendly and so helpful and quick to respond to our queries. Is located in the centre of Santa Margherita, which was a great base for all means of transportation and main sights.

SwitzerlandThe noise proof for the rooms, because it was possible to hear the neighbors when coming late in the night or the morning being loud as well, same as the noise from a kind of electric saw device used nearby the windows.
Beautiful hotel with lots of natural elements, the garden which is just a paradise to enjoy for breakfast, together with a perfect cappuccino prepared by Gilda who was always attentive to details. Luciano from Reception, was great and gave all the information and support that was needed for me to run my trip smoothly and to take the best of Santa Margherita, Portofino area and 5 Terre places, really professional and attentive. Also the rest of the team were very nice and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable with a large balcony to enjoy the views of the surrounding; the style and design of the walls is elegant with a vintage type; appreciated the use of ecological hygienic products in the bathroom, very clean, professional hairdryer and other great facilities, as well as biliard room, the Spa or the terasse, which just saw but was no time to take advantage of. So overall, this hotel is a little paradise behind all the town's movements(except the rooms noise proof which can be improved) , with lots of nature and fantastic staff who make you feel like at home. Definitely is a top hotel to stay and I highly recommend for everyone who wants a special, authentic place without paying a high price but receiving a high quality instead! 😀👍👍 Thanks a lot for this experience and my best regards! 🤗❤️
