It was so comfortable, we felt very welcomed and we will come back here again upon our next visit to Verbania. The entire staff was exceptional, always helpful for all those needs us tourists come up with. The entire Hotel/Albergo is a clean, cosy and unforgettable place. Located right at the waterfront with car parking, great promenades with beautiful scenery and variety of other culinary restaurants close by will highlight your stay.

I was quite upset about the handling of the parking situation, I asked about the car park before and hotel wrote back about a parking voucher, I then asked extra about voucher at check-in and made very clear that our car was parked justa cross the street. Instead of providing us the voucher as she should be doing, she told me to just pay by ourselves first and come back the next morning. So I did the next morning and was told by surprise that I should have asked about and obtain the voucher by check-in.... I mean... I dont know how I should have asked about it more.... then instead of offering some kind of good-will, I feel the ladies did not really believe what I said. I mean I was satisfied with everything, but this is really a turn-down. As a great hotel they should really be getting these kind of "details" right.

Super nice location, wonderful view over the lake, great breakfast by the lake experience with varieties of choices, with restaurant and nice bars direct around so you can grab a drink in the evening/ or sip a wine while looking over the view on your balcony. room is rather small though...

Not their fault but parking can be quite stressful - would have made our experience perfect if they had their own parking space! But we always managed to find a spot so no biggie!

Nicely located hotel right on the lake with beautiful terrace, lots of restaurants, bars, and beaches around. 15 minutes walk to the ferry boat. Lovely place to stay and neighbourhood. Great breakfast, friendly staff, only minus the shower is narrow.

Not all the rooms have views, some of the toilets needs an update and showers in them needs to be bigger. The water flow is not the best in some of the rooms.

It is a nice well maintained 3* star property that offers nice spacious rooms. It is very close to the water and rooms got all the facilities needed. Their breakfast has a variety and is rich. Next door restaurant is a plus.

The local church bells were nice but going every hour starting at 7 maybe too much. There was no swimming pool (but of course beaches)

The personnel were very friendly and nice. There was nothing that couldn't be asked for. The Breakfast is really very good and fresh; hot scrambled eggs, bacon, tomatoes. fresh fruit mix, yoghurts, breads, cheeses, fruit drinks and very good coffees and cakes. The beds were very good and comfortable. Several good swimming beaches were in front left & right of the hotel. Also nice local pool on the seafront for a small fee (9 eur between 13-15 per person). It has a nice restaurant and is close to lots of restaurants and nearby Pollanza which was very nice for restaurants. It had been renovated at some point and was nicely done. Good showers.

One staff, in charge of putting out the food at breakfast, was walking around coughing everywhere, including on her hands, and then touching all the plates of food, utensils, etc. I got out of the breakfast area as fast as I could after that!

Great location, good value in the shoulder season. Bed was on the softer side, which I very much appreciate. Lovely terrace on 2nd floor to enjoy lake views. Breakfast was plentiful in a room with a pretty garden nearby.

Pesce d'Oro is perfectly located, with a splendid view on the Lake. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
