They don't have enough blankets, so I don't have one. Very noisy place, they always keep the door off the room open. Only one bathroom for more than 16 people, so it was dirty and without toilet paper. Not enough plugs.

One of the shared bathrooms was out of service. Very basic accommodation, but in accordance with what you pay.

Very affordable, really cheap but decent (given the low price). Nearby the train station. Good hot water for the shower.

People always walking trough the room to access the balcony, always leaving the door open, and making a lot of noise even when it’s late. The upper bed has no permanent ladder, the structure of the bed is broken. There are no electricity plugs close to the beds, only 2 or 3 to be shared across the entire men’s bedroom. There is only one chair in the kitchen and it’s broken.

The phone at the reception kept on ringing constantly, making it hard to sleep. Our private room didn't have any furniture apart from the bed, not even a chair, and nowhere to put our stuff. The kitchen only had 2 chairs, which weren't enough for all the guests.

The location is useful. It is a 10-minute walk from the main train station and from the bus station that goes to the airport. The bathroom was kept clean.

A bit grubby and there wasn’t much furniture in the room - just a bed. There was only one female loo/shower so spent a lot of time queuing.

the room literally consisted with bed and a small table. private rooms are located in a different building far from kitchen etc. provate rooms are on 3rd floor and above with no lift. the key is actually universal.to all rooms. lol.

Quiet place and great location. Close to metro, trains and tourist tours. Generally clean and big bed.

Hard to find and hard to figure out how to get in. I was lucky enought to have another guest enter the property at the same time as me. Nearly got pickpocketed just down the street from the property. Shower was too small and gross

Staff moved us to another building, one key opens every door, even other room's door, no AC, the facilities were not present (no microwave, no kitchen...)

The building was old and the room had just 2 beds and 2 fans that one of them was broken, not tables, not wardrobes, not mirror.. Sheets were dirty..

Bathroom was dirty. Glass on the shower floor that didn’t get cleaned. Was the only shower available. Got out in a “second location” few blocks away from the base so there was no staff available at any moment to ask for help or monitor. Said there was a lift but at the location I was at there wasn’t. Had to walk five floors to get to my room. Half the space was in renovation. No fan or anything and it was 36 degrees. Way too hot for no cooling.

it would be better if they pay attention to providing each visitor his own locked space for his personal luggage to increase security (even tough this option isn't provided for every person but depends on the free spaces available, if you keep your staff on the bed no body touches it or me personally that's what i did and i found my luggage as i left it each day)

the stuff is friendly and kind, they even accepted to keep my luggage the last day until the night even tough my check out was at 10am, Big thanks to them. the hostel is clean. in comparison with the price that's what people should expect.

We had to wait 40 minutes to check in despite being told the man was 2 minutes away multiple times. The toilet facilities were left dirty and a poor shower that floods the floor with no proper drainage. Unfortunately other guests were loud throughout all hours of the night making it difficult to sleep alongside a clearly old mattress

The place was noisy, and the sink was broken. Also,they smoked at the balcony which the smoke was all over in the room.

There was a old guy works there i think. We went to the hostel at like 08.00 to drop ours bags. He didnt help us very well. He didnt let us to use toilets real quick. Hostel is on 6th floor. Thats hard to climb and Elevator looks unsafe. Risky neighborhood people trying to sell u smth. My bed didnt have ladder to climb. Doesnt have plug on bed.

Receptionist was good person.(doesnt know italian) Cheap, mid bed, towel.

Men restroom didn't have water in the sink and they had to use women sink.

I was expecting something even worse that what we encountered. It is not a 5 star hotel, obviously, but the bed was there, the blankets were clean and the bathroom was also clean ad midday when we arrived. At night it got floaded but that was because of the use.
