The room was very clean. The location is near the subway and many convenient bus stops only few minutes walk from the apartment complex. The Trattoria Etruria, Pompi cafe and the nearby Canoleria are amazing for traditional dishes and morning coffee. The owner was very kind and gave us all the information we needed. Overall a great experience and good location for moving around and getting to all major attractions like the Colosseum. Good choice for first time visitors, but also for those that revisit Rome. We highly recommend it.

The apartment was fantastic! The sightseeing spots were not far from the apartment, which was exactly what we were looking for. The metro was just a few minutes away. The apartment had everything we needed, plus a bed so comfortable that we slept like babies. I 100% recommend this place! If we ever visit Rome again, we would definitely choose this apartment again. A huge thank you to the host for checking in on us—we truly appreciated it, as this level of care is rare. The host also recommended some small local restaurants, and the food was absolutely delicious at the one we visited. Everything here was perfect!❤️🍋

Very friendly and helpful host. The apartment offers excellent conditions for the price it has. Good location, 5 minutes walk to the metro, and 30 minutes walk to the colosseum. Very clean, quiet area with many places to have dinner very close. Perfect apartment for a couple. Very satisfied!

The apartment is situated in a poorer part of Rome, but the locals we encountered were all friendly.

Rooms feel fresh and new, plenty of floor space with chairs, table and TV provided. Bathroom was modern and a good size. A self-check in was made easy with constant communication from Fabrizio who ensured we knew what we were doing. 5 minute walk from the metro made travelling around Rome simple.

Nice apartament. We were able to walk from the property to the main attractions (besides the fact that the metro and bus stations were very close). Nearby there are also many bars, restaurants where we were albe to have dinner and drunks. The host was suuper friendly and helpful. Definitely 10/10.

Shower is a very high step into it, there is a safety mat in the to be mindful of slipping other than that it was a perfect stay!

At first we had a little problem to come in. That took some minutes till the door was opened for us. But the host was the whole time available and answered the questions and tried to help

The room was clean und the size was OK. There was a private bathroom in the room. The kitchen you should share with others, if there is somebody there. We did not meet anyone during our stay. Very close to the metro station. As the metro works only till 9:30, we should have used also the bus. Bus station is also very close. But the Bus system in the city was not really trustworthy.

The apartment was neat and as in the pictures provided by the owner. The owner was very kind. The apartment was located in a nice and safe neighborhood. Having the subway close to the building was very nice, cause you could reach all the main attractions through it. In general it is a good place and I would recommend it to other people.

The only aspect of our experience that we didn't like was that our host informed us about the Tourism Fee of 36 euros that we had to pay him only on the day before our departure. We understand that this fee is charged by the local authorities and that hosts are merely complying with regulations. However, it came as a surprise to us because it was our first time in Rome, and our host hadn't mentioned it either through Booking (especially in the ad for the apartment) or before we were about to leave the city. So, it wasn't really a problem with the accommodations themselves; we just didn't appreciate the unexpected cost.

My wife and I had an easy time contacting our host, Fabrizio, who was very helpful and attentive in providing all the necessary instructions to find and check-in to the apartment, especially considering that we had to arrive after midnight because of our flight. He even made himself available to help us if needed, despite our late arrival. The room itself was comfortable and warm, and the bathroom was very clean. The location was also very convenient, as there was a nice bus stop nearby that took us downtown. Our overall experience was great, especially considering the location where we stayed.

From what you can read on booking it isn’t clear enough that you don’t have the property all to yourself. The owner was very gracious about it when I got there and noticed that there were other people there. They were friends of the owner, so it was OK for me, but since I am a woman traveling by herself, I would’ve liked to know in advance so I can make a decision accordingly. I would recommend declaring it as obviously as possible on here.

The owner contacted me in advance to let me know how to get to and into the apartment complex, which was really helpful. you could see that the property was rather new, so the facilities were all modern and up to standard. There was enough space for suitcases to lay open without tripping over them all the time. The owner contacted me multiple times asking if everything was OK and just checking in if I needed anything. When I asked about recommendations for restaurants in the area he also very kindly gave me a few. The metro and the bus station is very close by to the apartment so it’s easy to get around Rome. It’s just a few stops from the main attractions in the city.

I liked how thorough the property owner was, they gave very detailed instructions on the location and how to access the apartment which made everything very easy. There is a really strong smell of mold in the bathroom which is really unbearable, even if you open the window the smell still sticks in the room. This made the stay inside the bathroom very difficult.

The location is not amazing, it’s a bit far from the center and at night it looks a bit shady.

The owner was very available and provided clear instructions and good restaurant tips. The bed sheets smelled very good and the bathroom was good and clean.
