we were travelling with a pushchair for our 4 month old baby and we were sad to see there was no ramp by the three stairs next to the lift (se we had to lift the pushchair up every time). perhaps worth considering investing in a small ramp for disabled guests and families with kids? underground parking is not easy to find, could do with better signs!

You get what you pay for and it is as shown on the web site rooms are a bit small but are clean and tidy Location is good for a two day visit to Brescia The public transport was excellent and the Metro is 300 m away The staff were helpful and friendly The breakfast was good and a good choice food

My single room was modest, almost monastery style. With only one electrical outlet, which is not up to today's standard of peoples devices usage. I didn't try to ask for a solution, assuming the kind of service, It could have been provided.

I love smooth hotel experiences, and it was indeed provided, from driving straight into the parking lot to getting the iron board quick and a restaurant reservation executed while I was unpacking. I appreciate smiley and kind service, especially in the peak season and touristic places, it's not being taken for granted knowing how hard people work to make everyone happy. And there was a dog to pet:)

Just some side notes for those who care: - it can be noisy, if your a light sleeper then this might jot be suitable. - WiFi is atrocious, if you realient on this, look some where else. Both are no issue for me however.

Great staff, great service, nice ambiance, excellent breakfast. Room was fine, everything is present and bed is comfortable, airco also present.

Excellent staff and board. Everyone who worked at the hotel was nice and helpful. Right from the staff at the reception, to the staff who cleaned the room. Fantastic breakfast at the hotel. the hotel staff were really nice. This hotel can definitely be recommended, and me and my family will definitely visit this hotel if we come back to Brescia. As a plus, free easy parking right in front of the hotel.

We have chosen for second time the hotel. The room was bigger and better than the first time. The beds were extremely comfortable. High-quality bathing stuff (soaps, shampoos, etc.) Excellent breakfast, very kind and polite staff. Own parking. The hotel is not in the centre (we did not need such a proximity), but close to it, in a area that looks safe. There is a very good and not expensive restaurant nearby - Al Serbatoio, recommended to us also by the hotel staff during our first visit. If we come for a third time, we will stay again here.

I found some gaps even if they are easy to solve. In the bathroom there are two things to fix: the toilet roll holder and the lack of an extractor fan. Personally I did not find the breakfast very good, some dishes gave me the idea that they were old :-(

For my view the Hotel is in a great location. Very polite staff. Structure a little dated but very well kept. Spacious and well-kept room, much appreciated is the fact that in addition to having curtains on the window there were shutters. Very comfortable double bed! Spacious parking included in the room price.

I think you can modify the bathroom and add a bigger shower cabine because it's too small and the space allows it as the bathroom was pretty big.

Rooms are quite small. The garage is a dungeon. Breakfast not up to 4 star standards.

Good location. Friendly staff. Relatively close to the Metro. A few good restaurants in walking distance.First vloor is quitye elegant, but not upstairs.
