Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. ItalyThe staff is really what sets this hotel apart, they were extremely kind both for check in and che k out, they checked on us on our last day to make sure it was all good and even gave us a little goodbye present. Very thoughtful the welcome message and chocolate in the room. The room has been cleaned although the bed sheets have only been refolded. Fresh towels very appreciated. The location is fantastic!!

C-Hotel Ambasciatori was a great and well located hotel extremely close proximity to the train station which is great for tourist with luggages that they have to lug around. Room was clean and spacious. Specially mention to Gulia who was our service check-in staff, she was provided really great service, warm and patience to share the insights on the streets of florence and places we could visit in Florence. Having such service staff really represents the people of Italy and the hospitality they provide, which we greatly appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at c-hotels Ambasciatori in Florence. The staff were all friendly and helpful, but I want to especially thank Mr. Igor for his outstanding service. Since it was my first time visiting Italy and my original room was quite small, he kindly upgraded me to a larger room at his own discretion. He also gave me a complimentary drink card, personally showed me the room, and took the time to walk me through a map of the city, pointing out all the must-see spots. His warm welcome truly made my stay in Florence unforgettable. Thank you, Igor, for creating such a beautiful experience for me!

Very close to the train station and a few minutes walk from the very center of the city, the location is the most convenient to me. Rooms are clean and spacious and offer all the the comforts you need when you are traveling for business or vacation. KuwaitThere will be noise due to train station is close, if you close the window it will be fine. There is no AC working in the room only heating however they mentioned its availability ( they told it’s not working as per Florence law to close the ac during winter our visit was on April). I faced one issue and it’s special case and not applicable for other rooms, there was noise coming from the ac duct and it was annoying so much that I couldn’t sleep at night, i reported the issue to them and they fixed it and try to provide another room but not in the same day. I was expecting them to provide some gift or upgrade as an apology for the issue but they didn’t. After maintenance it was ok.
The reception team are very friendly especially Sophie, location of the hotel is very good next to the train station. View and rooms are great.

A big thank you to Igor who checked me in and made my stay 100% better. He was very attentive, helped me with a city guide and, on top of that, he was concerned that my elderly grandmother had the best possible stay. After this stay I would like to come back to Florence again, stay at the same hotel and hope to be attended by him again!
