Everything is amazing!! The house is like from a fairy tale. The location is perfect, peaceful, quiet. The owners are great, you can see that they thought of every detail. The sofa bed is large, they even put a dormeo mattress to make it extra comfortable. There was everything in the kitchen. Really all recommendations!!

A dream house in Tuscany. The swimming pool, the decoration, the amazing garden where you can have dinner under the starts and the charming Vittoria and her dog Daisy. Amazing breakfast just for 3€! Thanks for everything we will come back for sure :)

The property is very cozy, placed outside the village, quiet, clean and very calm. A perfect place to relax. The host were very helpful with information about the surroundings, very friendly and they made us feel like home.

The last 800m to the property is through a stony forest path, which is extremely uneven and dusty! Also, the “salty” breakfast should include some vegetables like a piece of tomato.

The property is in a very nice area , the interior of the apartment is stylish and the bed has an extremely good mattress!

Very close to San gimignano, lovely rooms in great nature, 2 rooms share a kitchen both have a private bathroom. Kids loved the pool. Money for value. Simeone helped us with luggages.

The additional bed was very very uncomfortable and noisy. The dog could not stay in the apartment alone what was a big problem for us, as it was very hot and we couldn’t take him with us to Firenze. But we absolutely understand the owners as they had bad experiences in the past when dogs 🐕 and 🐈 destroyed their furniture. The true is that we forgot to inform the owners that we are comming with a dog so they couldn’t inform us about this rule.

The property was very nice and clean. The location is perfect as you can reach all nice places by car in about 30-40 minutes. The house is located in a quiet area full of trees so it was very pleasant in the hot weather. We were in an apartment with own kitchen what was very comfortable for us, we could make some cooking. Market Pam is about 5 min drive, you can find whatever you want. The owners were very helpful, gave us advises about places to visit, market, parking etc.

The house and surrounding area are beautiful, and exactly what you picture when you think of the Tuscan countryside. It was easy to find and a very short drive to San Gimignano. We enjoyed the ample outdoor seating and eating areas, the pool, and the sounds of rural Tuscan farm life. The room was very tastefully decorated as was the bathroom. The shared kitchen area with one other room was a little tight if both parties were using it at the same time, but it was nice to have for breakfast in the morning. There was ample on-site parking, and gated access to the property.

We stayed for one night. The accomodation is located in quiet lonely place, but still near bigger city with shops etc. We really liked the typical Toscanian house style. Owner was really nice, superhelpful and provided us with all necessary info. Plus if you're lucky enough you can meet adorable Daisy. We definitely recommend to stay here.

The place is very nice. It exceeded our expactations a lot. The price-performance ratio is also very good. Everything was very clean and the room as well as the kitchen was cleaned every day with towels being changed often as well. The owners are very friendly people, helped us with everything we needed. the property is well located to use as a base to see points of interest around Tuscany, it also has a really lovely family atmosphere and Simone and Claudia are wonderful hosts. The surroundings are beautiful and well kept as is the room and it also has kitchen facilities for you to use so we were able to have a “night in” and cook for ourselves. Absolutely wonderful relaxing stay!

The house with the quiet room is situated not very far from San Giminiano and is a perfect location for visiting this beautiful part of Tuskany. The kitchen for two rooms is spacious and well equipped. On the garden with swimming pool is plenty of space to take a rest in the shadows of huge pine trees.
