Exceptionally beautiful, old fashioned, clean little apartment. With a wonderful beautiful view of the canal. We loved the neighborhood, close to everything and without being in the hustle and bustle. The highlight was getting to know the Venetian host, she knows all there is to know about life in venice, thank you dear Adriana!

We were sad that our vacation was over 😔

The suite is very comfy and situated in an authentic building, just 10 minutes away from the major tourist attractions. The interior is amazing - from the paintings on walls, to every last detail - as if you're entering a Venetian fairy tail. The cherry at the top is a wonderful terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the sunset or breakfast in the morning. Adriana is amazing - she provided us with detailed instructions on how to get to the place and even picked us up from the water boat stop. She gave us a quick tour of the neighborhood and recommended a few restaurants - all of them were great! Adriana also shared tips on which sites and islands to visit - quite valuable as she's local and has exceptional knowledge of Venice and the lagoon. If you want to dive into the spirit of Venice and step away from the overcrowded city centre - this is the place to stay at. Attico con Altana is a full 10/10 and we can't wait for our next trip to Venice so we can stay here again. Thank you, Adriana!

Watch your head if you are tall as beams and door frames are low/angled in places due to the nature of the old building and lower ceilings.

Such a wonderful little spot - perfectly located to get into the centre of things, whilst still being tucked away and out of the main tourist trap traffic. The space is tastefully put together, and perfectly clean, with lovely little touches - the extra biscuits and crackers, etc. Adrianna managed our stay perfectly, and was super kind and attentive - thank you so much!

Wonderful, authentic place. Adriana, the hostess, was absolutely the best. She cared for us and even showed us around the neighborhood. Even though the main square is only a 15 min. walk the place is located in a less touristy area.

Location was excellent, most main sites are a 10-15 min walk. Breakfast was continental, with yoghurts, cheese, ham and bread provided in advance. Lovely welcome with prosecco and the host Adriana was lovely, walked when we arrived to give us our bearings whilst recommending restaurants nearby. Also asked every day how were things and advice on where to go.

Some other reviews mention continental breakfast, which we didn’t have, which was fine by us as we wanted to go out for food, but if you want/are expecting breakfast, maybe ask in advance!

Beautiful property, the terrace was incredible and sunset views unmatched! Adriana was so helpful and gave us a little tour beforehand. Location was super close to everything, but also felt peaceful and quiet. Close to restaurants etc. so happy that we found this place - if you are planning on coming to Venice, stay here!!

Really cute and clean Venetian style attic/private room with a nice balcony. Amazing and super fashionable host, Adriana, consistently went above and beyond to tell us tips about Venice, and checked how we are daily - we really enjoyed our stay!! :) We also really enjoyed Venice and will be back one day! The bed was for me to hard and no fresh bread.

The owner was simply perfect. For every problem we could contact her. Her nowledge about art is impressive. Very kind person. It's also a beautefull building inside.

As a minor drawback we might mention the breakfast, which was minimal and 'store-bought' (e.g. instant coffee). Also, if you're a tall person, consider the low attic ceiling.

The host, Adriana, was exceptionally nice and helpfull. The place was very clean, charmingly filled with antiques, giving a very pleasent vibe and on a good location (no crowds around). Rooftop terace was a wonderful bonus to have breakfast or an evening glass of wine. Plenty of good restaurants around the corner. Short walking distance to the biennale.

Adriana's bed and breakfast is truly a gem. This must be the best value for money in Venice - a great location, an exceptional host and incredible views. We felt privileged to be there!

The WiFi in the apartment is free and good, which was great as we found the phone signal drops a lot in Venice

Adriana met us off the Water taxi and brought us to the apartment giving us great restaurant tips along the way. Nice breakfast food left in the fridge and tea and coffee, so we had a lovely breakfast to start the day.
