Some kind of arrangement with pastry down the road to make it easier for the guests to get breakfast. But in general view this is absolutely insignificant difficulty.

Fantastic location on the verge of the Old Town of Bologna. Helpful personnel - they stayed after hrs to greet us. The rooms were big, bright and clean. Bathrooms - as described above withe an extra - wonderful view of the old town. And there was welcome prosecco bottle in the fridge. It's hard to beat that when you enter the room after many hrs drive :) In the pictures below you will find the building (the windows with open shutters belonged to our apartment) and the the view you wake up to.

I did not like that the aircon did not cool the room.

I liked that we had a nice coffee machine and that they already made the sofabed for the kids. We would have loved to stay longer.

Only improvement would be to have proper curtains in the bedroom. We just had nets which meant the light streamed in from 4.15am.

We stayed in the deluxe room. It was beautiful, very spacious and sparkling clean. We had gorgeous views over Bologna and were only a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. They even left us a bottle of prosecco for my boyfriend's birthday. We had a late flight home, so they let us store our bags and come back to use their bathroom to freshen up before we left.

I was expecting to have bathroom slippers there because I remember I saw it on booking website. In the end it it didnt bother me much and I also forgot to mention it to the receptionist so I am not sure if indeed this is suppose to be provided. But I would say if I can have them it would be perfect!! My room is adjacent to the stair so I can hear people leaving the premises with their suitcases in the morning. But as to the rest of the room I think this should be fine. Again, the property overall is very quiet and the stay is very pleasant.

Breakfast is 5 voucher at the local cafe, the pastry and food there is excellent. Location is good, but far from the main square. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent service. Cannot expect miore. Helped me to book a taxi on our way back while we left our luggage. The prosecco was a great surprise, and the room has mini fridge with water. Tea maker is available too. Bonus: The receptionist gave us a bottle of red wine as a gift. This is really not expected and we are very touched by it.

I wished I had chosen a place slightly more in the center of town, but even so it wasn't too far.

Very helpful staff. Gave good suggestions for meals, groceries, etc. Fridge in the room with cold water. Generous bowl of candy.

the Attico is the best stay so far in my extensive traveling history. the location is excellent, everything is sparkling clean and comfortable, the room was equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable and pleasant stay. the view from the room is fantastic. the staff are brilliant, super helpful, accommodating and very polite. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay.

Clean, spacious and well located. The staff were exceptional and couldn’t do enough to help us. Complimentary sparkling wine was provided and a free breakfast once the staff had found out from our passports that it was my boyfriends birthday. Thanks for the excellent stay!

Amazing B&B, they had a WhatsApp account to keep communication and very quick to reply, super helpful as well. Sent me a Google Maps legend with all their recommended tourist spots and cafes/restaurants, which was so thoughtful. Explained how to get into the town centre which was only a 10 minute walk away. Very clean and modern room with great facilities, lovely view of the sunset at night as well! Overall a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to go back if I’m in Bologna again!

Bed sheets didn’t fit well and duvet did not have a cover. The curtains were see through and as a result we woke up very early. Tv system needed access to apps like Netflix.

Nobody to speak to. We needed soap and coffee ( They put very little for our 3 days stay, which is a shame when you pay 335 euros a night), so we wrote them a note on their desk, wrote them on booking. But nobody answers, nobody seems responsible. Impossible as well to get a taxi the day we left and nobody told us, where we can leave the bagage until we went to the airport. Very inattentive to their clients. Would Not recommand that place
