Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe host gave us a heartfelt welcome and was very interested in his guests, the chat was very friendly. We also received a good introduction and a recommendation where to eat. The terrasse was quite and comfy, the rooms clean and the bathroom large - and the WiFi worked without ado. We can revommend this location.

This apartment was great, we stayed in one of the 2 rooms in this apartment. the room included a big bathroom. also the kitchen was always open so if we felt like a coffee we could just go make one and not only for breakfast. Easy parking just in front of apartment. Amazing terrace!

United KingdomEverything was good... I do not drive and do not mind walking so the location was good for me - about a 20min walk from Abbasanta train station.
Antioco was a warm, kind and welcoming host. The property itself was excellent, with great facilities and very clean. We very much enjoyed the terrace, which was spacious and offered calming views of the surrounding countryside.

SpainThe double bed was ok, but unfortunately the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was average - great coffee machine and plenty of bottled water and fruit juices…but the rest was processed and packaged (cakes, croissants, etc). Some fresh local produce or fruit would have been preferred.
Spacious, modern, quiet and convenient for our needs. Fast WiFi connection (which was perfect for remote work). Roberta our host was very efficient and welcoming.
