Since it is an old building with old windows, you hear the noises from the streets quite a bit in the morning (at least in the room I had). If your sensitive to noise and like to sleep in, you might ask for the other room or bring earplugs.

A short walk from the station and into town. Alessandro is very welcoming and creates a nice atmosphere. Breakfast is a buffet and was great. The B&B is located in a beautiful old building. The host gives great recommendations for restaurants. Since I travelled by myself, I liked that the host lived in the same property, making me feel saver than staying in an apartment all by myself. There is even central heating in the apartment.

Minor things: The rooms are on the 1st floor and the lift didn't seem to work, so we just walked up and down the wide staircase. We didn't ask the host either, so you'll need to check with them if a lift is important. There was some street noise at times but not enough to seriously bother us.

Short easy walk from the train station and city sites. Nice unobtrusive host. An older building but quite pleasant inside with its own well-worn charm. High ceilings, good room space. Everything very clean, good bathroom facilities. Firm comfortable bed. A common terrace joins the reception/breakfast area. Excellent breakfast including wide choice of fresh and dried fruits, nuts and yoghurt for the more health conscious. Coffee and pastries etc also. Overall good value for money.

It was a bit tricky not being able to check in until 5pm. We were lucky we could leave our luggage there.

Check in is not until 5pm. The air conditioner in the room we stayed was not as effective as the other room my daughter stayed in.

The host is very communicative. He responds quickly to any questions one has prior to arrival. Google translate a must! We arrived early and were able to leave our luggage and then tour around Lecce which is a beautiful city. The property is exceptionally clean. The shower was very welcome after our last BnB where there was barely a trickle. A sumptuous breakfast is provided and the offer of a cappuccino. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Alessandro, the owner of the property is a very kind & charming man. The house is incredibly clean and well cared for. The breakfast he prepares is lovely. I was sick during my stay, and he regularly checked in on me & went out of his way to prepare a light meal, for my sick stomach. The wifi is strong, I needed to work and could easily do that. The bed was very comfortable, with quality linens. I have been a month now in Italy and it was the best bed of my trip. Bathroom, again with quality towels & necessities. 5 mins walking from the train station & 5 minutes to the old town. Alessandro was a perfect host and his home was very comfortable.

This is not a reflection of the B&B at all! But the only negative is there is a fair few strange people hanging around the street, especially in the afternoons and night. I was with my partner so I felt comfortable but if I was a solo young female traveller I would feel a little uncomfortable and intimidated. Again not and issue with the B&B at all and I would still rate 10/10.

Beautiful B&B located very close to the Lecce train station which made it so easy for day trips around the region. The B&B was so beautiful, large spacious room with air conditioning and a wonderful breakfast. Our host was so kind also. Highly recommend!

With a door mat welcoming me that said, “ My home is your home” I knew before opening the door it was to be a fabulous place. Spotlessly clean. Alessandro was a perfect host. So caring , kind & thoughtful & everyday a delicious breakfast was served. He even brought fresh cherries as he knew they were my favourite! I stayed for 4 full days & unfortunately was sick the whole time. It was a wonderful place to rest & recover in a safe environment, with music in the background that brought back many memories. Alessandro asked regularly if I needed anything, & even did my washing which isn’t a service he normally provides :) The verandah was gorgeous where I sat & drew & painted. Only being 4 minutes walk to the station & about 8 minutes walk to the historic centre of Lecce, so very well situated. Thankyou so very much Alessandro :)

Everything is perfect ! My friend and I fall in love with our room immediately , it was large , clean and well-decorated . We love how Alessandro stylish the living room as well, it’s like a dream Italian home. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Location is great , 5mins to center and train station , perfect for those travel without cars. Breakfast was not fancy like big hotel but giving a home vibe , plus having breakfast at the beautiful balcony is THE perfect way to start a day. All in all, we highly recommend this place .

This place is perfect. Small and cosy b&b, quiet, well located. Walking distance to the main places from Lecce. The owners were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was great! Rooms big and clean!! I would definitely go back!

Alessandro is pleasant & helpful. There's a friendly & homely vibe about the place, organic & tranquil. Very clean & always smelt fresh. Good sized rooms with private bathrooms & raindrop shower. Quaint little breakfast with lots of lovely little patisseries. The area is very safe, with the beautiful old town within 20min walk, & people are friendly :)
