Liked everything!

A very charming and authentic Italian B&B situated a fairly short distance from the Old Town. The walk up is pretty intense and we are fit however, it's worth it. We spent 2 nights and really loved it. The only confusion we had was around breakfast. We were offered cake only yet we saw others with ham / cheese and the more traditional food and wondered why this wasn't available or offered to us. The cake was good though! :). Rosanna was lovely and she checked us in and helped us wit some questions and recommendations.

Refrigerator in my room did not work properly.

I asked for an extra quiet room and they delivered! Top floor with a great view of the surrounding countryside, I was treated to a wonderful thunderstorm the night I stayed. Just delightful. Walk into town was better than I expected. It looks daunting when you step outside and see the town way above you, but the walk there isn't too steep nor too long and there are some great things to see in town.

The property is beautifully and conveniently situated a few hundred meters downhill from a key entry point to Orvieto centro! The rooms are spacious, bright and comfortable. Rosanna is very helpful in answering questions and helping in all aspects of your stay! Breakfasts are wonderful and parking is on site!

The location was perfect for easily exploring Orvieto. It was very quiet, had stunning views, and our room had a little balcony terrace. The best part of our stay was the host who made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was very attentive and thoughtful and provided an excellent breakfast each morning. We would absolutely stay here again.

Location down from historic town off a busy road and a steep hill.

Friendly ladies giving you breakfast and asking what you like. Chatting and made to feel at home. The owner even drove me to the station as it's a steep hill.

Very warmth welcome, very good services too. The owners were very attentive to make the comfort of the guests. Position is very strategic to visit the city of Orvietto. Free private parking also is a good advantage. The villa has a beautiful panorama overlooking the valley and hills surrounding. Satisfying breakfast with a good quality. Very recommended.

That is excellent B&B experience and stunning views and atmosphere! Basic but quality breakfast. Rossana was very kind and did our stay even more pleasant.

You'll do a little bit of excercise about 5-10mins to get to the town, but it makes you feel great eventually!

I loved it! The staffs were very happy & friendly, they gave me tips of where to eat, I tried one of those and it was definitely worth. It has a nice view from just steps outside of the front door. The comfortable room, quiet location.
