The room is very clean and comfortable. The location seems safe and it's not that far away from the city centre.

This is a great place to stay in Rome. The owners are very nice people and always eager to help. The atmosphere of the appartement is warm and “italian”, no standard hotels would provide you this. The location is also good, easily accessible by various public transport.

There were a couple of minor flaws with the room. Two of the lamps did not work and the curtains did not shut.

Amazing location, out of the city centre so less crowded however took less than half an hour to get into it. Beautiful spacey room and friendly staff greeting. Entirely worth the price. Very clean.

1.There was not kitchen and it was a big discomfort.if you wanted to wash smt you must go in the bathroom.mainly bathroom was busy.

Location was far from city center but metro was 15 mn near and buss stop was in front.

Really nice room with comfy bed and balcony. Decent location - 10 minute walk to metro which takes only a couple of minutes to reach any of the main destinations in Rome.

For a better experience, I would recommend to the host upgrading a few things: - new towels (they were clean but felt worn out) - hand soap in the bathroom (most of the time it was not there) - some non-single-use plates, cups, and basic kitchen tools like knives, and forks would be a big plus. Provided biodegradable things are just ok, but not really a nice experience for a longer stay.

The room was spacious and our bed was super comfy. The classy style of the apartment also brings some positive vibes. We liked the lounge where we had our morning breakfasts. The district is quite lively, the food market is around the corner, and the Bologna metro station is within a short walking distance.

Too much noise from neighbours. We had to buy hand soap our selves for the bathroom, because there weren’t any when we arrived. Also didn’t have all the kitchen appliances you need. The property mamager also took photo of our passports which didn’t make us feel so good about the stay.

Sharing toilet/bathroom with 2 other rooms. No kitchen, so if you'd like to wash an apple, you'd have to wait for someone to finish taking a shower. Sound isolation pretty poor too - we could hear neighbours watching tv, talking on the phone etc.

Good location, lots of cafes nearby, bus stations are not too far as well, grocery stores.

Shower wasn't so comfy. Would be nice if kitchen had more equipments, like dishes and so on. Don't mean to be demanding but under the bed was quite dirty.

The whole apartment was very beautiful and classy. Place was pretty clean and well kept. Staff was nice and everything went nicely and easy - we got to check in before check in time and could check out independently. House was silent, neighborhood was nice but the road next to house was a bit noisy. Public transport to the center of Rome was quick and easy.

We were sharing a tiny bathroom with 4 people, which was located far from our private room that we have to pass through a common place and a corridor. Not to mention the problematic heating system. Our room was okay in the night, but ocassionaly I was freezing. Unfortunately the bathroom and the corridor were cold all the time, which made me really reluctant to shower. The place was old, dirty, rusty and dusty. I dont really recommend.

The bedroom where I slept was really cold and I got sick because of it. The bathroom was really small and had dust on the sink due to beard shaving of the guests, they should clean in more often.

Manager was always there to help Bedroom was clean and tidy.
