The room is quite small for 3 persons, but ok if you only want to sleep there. The number of television channels is limited to only Italian channels (good for training your language skills!).

The booking included breakfast every morning however when we went down to find breakfast the first morning of our stay - we were told there was none and we didn’t even get an apology which was disappointing. The beds could have been comfier.

Unfortunately, I was offered room on the same floor, as the host thought it better for us to stay close. I ended up with a room with a stretcher bed only to find this out when we arrived back late in the evening. Horrible night with hardly any sleep. Bathroom facilities in the other room were below par.

Very cold, the heater didn’t work which made it quite uncomfortable as cold time of year. Difficult to locate due to the door looking unused and had plastic all over it. Very loud under the room at nighttime with two bars and they stay up until very late! Seeing the sun in! The window is so thin you can hear everything. It’s not a B & B as they don’t offer breakfast. Damaged light fittings. Shower doors sketchy.

The property is quiet central, however it was shabby, very noisy due to thin unstable windows. The staff was very rude and unhelpful. On the description it says that you have a breakfast however when we asked she very rudely said NO BREAKFAST. Thankfully we only spent one night .

We had a sound machine to help drown out the music of a fun restaurant down the street and other guests but it's the nature of older buildings, no fault of the b&b.

Fantastic location location location!!. A short walk to the Main Street with coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. Can get there from the train station easily via bus or walking. Leaning tower is also an easy walk. It's an older beautiful Italian building with some quirks but would stay there again and even recommend!

A lot of stairs to go up, especially carrying a big suitcase! Room was OK although very basic but lacking amenities like kettle. Internet is unreliable! My phone could not connect half the time!!!

Location of our room was 4 flights of stairs up. It was literally a chiller cabinet when we arrived. We left the heater on all night and slept in our socks. No heater in the tiny bathroom.

As I’m in my 70, s and had been travelling all day I found the stairs a challenge , my room was up a lot of stairs . However my very kind host carried my bag up for me … and I don’t think he was much younger than I am !

I liked the quiet room and old fashioned setting . I also liked the fact that it was near a very busy shopping area full of Italians with cafes and restaurants nearby.

Despite it's name and description, this "B&B" does NOT offer any kind of breakfast. Claustrophobic and not very clean shower with dysfunctional sliding doors and insufficient water pressure. Door of the room lets every noise through, e.g cellphone chimes, talking, slamming doors and domestic work in the kitchen downstairs. Separate beds put together under one sheet, but slides apart creating a gap in the middle. This place could be a gem if better cared for.

Location is perfect, just off the Borgo Stretto. Airy room with high wooden ceiling, facing a courtyard with some greenery. Quite a lot of effort put into decoration. Nice soft bedlights. Bed comfort ok.
