I must admit that I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. It didn't meet my expectations. Additionally, I would recommend restocking the kitchen utensils and kitchenware, as it seemed a bit lacking. Also, having a long mirror would be a great addition to the amenities.

I absolutely loved the apartment! Its prime location right in the heart of the city was unbeatable. The boho-style decor added a fantastic touch, and the overall cosy atmosphere made it a perfect stay.

The room has only a fine curtain and from very early morning (6 AM) it was very light inside. There is a beautiful shared terrace but could be cleaner. I couldn’t find the iron nor the kettle that were listed as amenities. I am an experienced traveler and I am aware that hotels/properties has been pushing check-ins each time later but check out before 11am was the first time. Although the host allow us to -strictly- leave at 10am, the original time for check out is 9:30am what I found too early considering the check in time.

Location is fantastic! 10 of 10 Bed is super comfortable, shower is great, room is quiet, AC works well and there is a smart TV so was good to keep up with my favorite series before sleep

The pictures/photos when booking the property always looks better than reality. I would expect to have at least small bottle of water for the arrival in the fridge as Italy is very hot. Also if you arrive after 6 pm they will charge you 20 euro for late arrival. Place is nice but there are more fair options/accomadation that you can choose from.

The location is very good right in the center.

The host kindly let us check in earlier than his usual strict check time allows which was helpful as we arrived by public transport. If you are looking for a clean, nicely furnished room and bathroom with good air conditioning in a good location then this is for you. If you want to use any of the extra facilities listed then you will be disappointed. No breakfast, Safe box, out of use. Terrace with city view is not from the room but a shared roof top terrace that needs a good clean. There is no view from the actual room Washing machine is also on roof terrace but host wants to charge Euro 15 per wash although it lists a washing machine as available and does not mention a fee. Iron facilities not evident. Refrigerator is in fact a wall mounted chiller box suitable for small bottles of water or yogurt. A kettle is supplied but no cups or teaspoons, 3 paper cup and 6 random tea bags provided. Curtains are a sheer fabric and provide no blackout and unusually for Italy no shutters on the window. The host turned off the lights outside the window for us at 11.30pm as it cannot be done from inside the room.

loved everything about this place! Truely a great stay.

We absolutely recommend you stay in this BnB - it is in the heart of Poli, everything at your doorsteps, the hosts were incredibly accommodating and lovely, particularly given we had a last minute booking. The rooftop terrace is the highlight with an amazing view for you to sit and enjoy some snacks and relax. We will absolutely stay here again!

The description is grossly inaccurate 1 The criteria we use and search with is pet friendly and parking- We arrived with prior message to say we are in a car and hope to arrive at 18.00 The town location does not allow vehicles units historic centre !! the streets are grid and only 3m wide . After a horrendous drive 40mins to trave 1/4 km, to the anger of residents we managed finally to contact the owner , whilst guarding the car my daughter found the apartment and owner he sent us away to a car park 1k away and was hugely unhelpful - he said a electric car would pick up at the car park facility- 2 hours later plus 2 dogs and 9 bags carried by ourselves he aggressively said we were late and then all in rant Italian mentions no dogs allowed .! after calm negotiations with the electric buggy driver and my daughter he agreed dogs , still no hello or welcome , and demanded 50 euros cash for dogs and with no explanation to the workings of the 2 apartments I had booked and left! In summary the owner is inappropriate for lettings and as a former 9.8 Booking.com host for 3 years I advise in the strongest terms to fellow travellers to avoid this property at all costs .
