You will need to be fit enough to climb many steps up to the property. We are early 60s and managed ok but you may be out of puff by the top.

View from the balcony is stunning. Breakfast was very good indeed. Chiara and Neila were so friendly and helpful. We even got croissants and fresh coffee as we had to leave early on our last morning. Aircon works well and room was spotless and cleaned well every day.

My wife and I were traveling through Italy and Lake Como was our place to relax and just enjoy being on holiday. Our stay here quickly became the highlight of our entire trip. The rooms were comfortable and modern with an amazing view of the lake. While the room and location on it's own far exceeded our expectations, the staff were what made our stay exceptional. They frequently amazed us with how thoughtful, kind and personal they were with us. Albeit that we were there in the offseason, we quickly felt right at home and had their undivided attention. I have food allergies that they easily accommodated with their excellent breakfast menu. To send us off, Chiara our host, even made us a gluten free breakfast cake. Obviously not needed but a small example of how kind and thoughtful the entire staff were throughout our entire stay. I couldn't recommend a place any higher. Thanks for such an amazing stay!

This place was amazing and we are excited to recommend it to everyone we know. The hosts were incredible and renting one of their boats for the lake was the cherry on top. Love, love!! Hopefully we will visit again but for longer next time.

There are quite a few steps, but absolutely fine if you are fit and able!

Hosts were friendly and had good recommendations. Tasty breakfast with Continental and egg/bacon options. Large room with a balcony and beautiful views. Good shower. Comfy bed. Free onsite parking. Hot tub & sun loungers. Peaceful location away from town centre. Mini fridge in room.

Some of the light switches were a bit older and a couple bugs flew in our room at night, but no major issues

It was very clean, newly renovated. Excellent breakfast selection. This is a family run business they were nothing short of amazing. We missed our bus and they came to pick us up at night, and then helped take us to the town to ship parcels. Could not have asked for a better view or more hospitality.

The rooms were a climb up a number of steps but, as a side benefit of that, the views of the lake were fabulous...greatly outweighed the climb. Plus, we were advised that an elevator will be in place next year!

Nothing but Remember no view without pain. Be prepair to take around 85-90 steps stairs but it worth it. They said they will.provide the elevator next year

Everything is perfect .. the owner is extremely nice and ahe provided advise for any tour within area and alerting you about the regulation and policy... Breakfast is home made and perfectooooo Owner is very generous even with supplier of bathroom soap (all high brand products ) and water Highly recommeded and the veiw is amazing .It worth money

There is nothing we didn't like about our stay. If I had to name something it would be the stairs we had to climb, but again I am not complaining because the view from up there is gorgeous.

This was our 1st stay in Italy and it was perfect! Kiara and her kids were so welcoming and helpful! Kiara went above and beyond for us. Our stay was short but sweet. I still cant get over how beautiful our view was from our balcony. The breakfast was great and the view was even better.

It’s not a negative thing, just a heads up. The hotel is located on a hill, so you need to climb a few stairways but the owner told us that next year they’ll have an elevator👍🏼

This was the first trip to Italy and this B&B hotel was “perfetto”. The view from the room was amazing, the room itself had everything that we needed, even a hair dryer with a diffuser for curly hair, which I appreciated. Room was clean and quiet, we never heard our neighbors. The owner is a very nice lady, she gave advises on what to see, was very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, wide selection of food and they prepare eggs any way you like. They have a boat rental right at the hotel and the guy who works there even gave us a lift to a ferry station. The hotel is located in a quiet area away from cafes and restaurants and it was perfect for us, as we didn’t want all that hustle and bustle, we saw a sunrise and had an early morning walk. The hotel also has a parking.

It was a beautiful setting with gorgeous lake views. All rooms face the lake. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with custom choices for eggs. Best of all was the staff. Alessandra and Naya were extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating. We only wish we had stayed more than one night!

What a wonderful place, the staff go above and beyond, the breakfast was great, the views were amazing, the view from the jacuzzi shouts for a bottle of bubbles! And if that's not enough you can hire a vehicles, boats etc from the hotel, I would recommend hiring a boat, it was the highlight of our trip. There is a beautiful little village (15 minute walk) with wonderful restaurants and bars and a square that has live entertainment. Ah, take me back!

Could hear into other rooms a little bit.

Staff were very helpful from the beginning, I called as I couldnt find it and the owners daughter came to pick me up in the tuktuk. Also helped me with ferry times and getting to the ferry. The view was lovely. The bed was very comfy.
