There was a lot of noise from the corridor as people walking/coming in to the other apartmants. The bathroom could be bigger and renovated especially the shower, also humidity is hard to clear out because of the door cannot be opened after you leave.

Location was great, close to Termini and Colosseum. Bed is super comfy and staff was very kind.

We arrived at 6 in the morning with 2 luggages. There was no feature at Leoni Di Giada to leave our luggage before checking in so that we could have started roaming the city. Instead we paid 30 euros for bag drop, while some of our friends were allowed to do so by the other accomodations located nearby. So sad experience.

The location of the guest house is perfect. It is near to Termini and to the Colosseum too. There are supermarkets, restaurants, pubs in some minutes. The room is clean and there were many useful stuff. Coffee, tea, toothbrush and toothpaste, hairdryer...

It would have been nice to have two chairs to sit in so that one of us was not always sitting on the bed. Better lighting for reading would be a bonus. I wish we had picked one of the rooms on the courtyard as I am sure these would have been even nicer.

The staff is great at communication; they always responded promptly to any questions. They stored our luggage on the last day as we had an evening departure from Rome. The location was fantastic for sightseeing; it is just a short walk to the metro and train station. Buses are also nearby and it is easy to walk to the Roman Forum. The beds were comfortable and the road noise was not too bad. There is a nearby grocery store. There are many restaurants in the area. We felt safe.

We arrived late as the train was delayed but were able to find the hotel and to enter the building due to good communication of the code numbers. The location is excellent as it is very near the central station. Room is small and compact but ideal for one night's stay.

Location is perfect for all purposes. Stuff is friendly and helpful. Room clean and have all necessary equipment for visitors. We were there only one night and fully satisfied with property.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable but we were so tired we still slept okay. The shower broke at some point and it caused the bathroom to flood a bit. We struggled getting the door to lock/unlock almost every time.

It was close to the train station. The AC worked really well. I was able to wash my clothes in the sync and dry them in the courtyard out back. Really appreciated how responsive the staff were—every time we had a question or issue they promptly addressed it.

Our window looked directly into an other apartment… as in—the window was not connected to the outdoors, but rather, a kitchen. We never heard or saw anyone in there though and curtains were dark enough to maintain privacy.

The intense smell of mold was the worst part, perhaps because the building is old, but still, it was too intense. I dont think this accomodation can be evaluated as 8, its more a 6-7

The only really good thing about this property is that it is near the termini station, 5 minutes walking. And that the beds and pillows are pretty comfortable. Besides that, its hard to find something good to say. The rooms needs real renovations, the bathroom too. We also had a problem with the door, it didnt lock properly. Even though we managed to contact the administrator very fast via whatsapp, they advised us to leave (because the reception is only open from 11 am) with the promise that they will fix the problem. When we came back the door was still not closing properly. I dont know if they tried to repair it or they only said they would do that, as they didnt reach back as they said.
