Our room was small but with lots of storage space. The room was attractively decorated and had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. Our room faced the sea. It is a beautiful view! You sign a sheet for breakfast options. We had scrambled eggs and bacon, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, cheese and croissant. It was delicious. We recommend the rooms with the balconies facing the sea as the view is amazing. The location is in the new town beside the sea. It is a leisurely walk to the Old Town. Be aware that there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the B&B. Our host was very helpful. The one negative is that nobody is there except at breakfast. First and foremost, Matteo was an exceptional host. He was so flexible about our arrival time and was looking out for us on the balcony. This was so helpful and made it so easy for us to find. We had a Seaview room .absolutely stunning clear view o the beach, we loved our room. Excellent air conditioning and room was cleaned daily. Super short walk to old town but far enough away so no noise at night for sleeping. The beach is right across the street. One side for your own umbrella and the other side is a lido with paid chairs and umbrella (40 euros). The breakfast is outstanding, and Matteo does an excellent job getting fresh food each morning. We had eggs, bacon, cheese plate with fresh pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice and cappuccino. Best breakfast our entire trip in Puglia! I would highly recommend staying here. Matteo told us some parking options, ending up going to a lot called Omar and it was super cheap, like 5 euro for the day and about 5 minutes from the room.

We had a room with a balcony overlooking the beach - the perfect location. A short walk along the promenade to the old town. The host was friendly, attentive and a great communicator. He personally cooked and prepared an amazing breakfast, which was served on our balcony! Bed was comfortable. We were able to park our car (for free) right next to the apartment on a side street! Even on a Sunday afternoon, when the town was busy! Just a note - the apartments are on the second floor, accessed up the stairs in the building (37 steps). If you have mobility issues, it could be a problem.

Be ready for several flights of stairs It could have gone badly as there was a mixup with our room reservation. Instead of the “sea view balcony room” we did not realize our balcony room came only with a “partial sea view”. There was no comparison between the 2 rooms. Matteo moved us to our proper room without hesitation, and was the perfect host from start to finish

It was a smallish room but suited our purposes. The owner very kindly let us in early and was very helpful. Breakfast was on our balcony (side sea view) and very nice. Beach was literally across the road and very clean . Old town a 5min stroll up the road.Would recommend.

Complimentary upgrade to a nice room overlooking the sea (April). Helpful host - carried our case up the stairs. Easy parking on the street outside (April). Voucher for breakfast in an excellent nearby cafe (as not serving within the property off season).

The only little flaw was the bathroom sink did not drain well- but this was all- everything else was perfect!

Perfect beautiful stunning seafront view- we could enjoy the view from our bed!! Absolutely the best location in Otranto!! But the best part was the delicious breakfast which Matteo prepared for us and served on our balcony overlooking the sea- thanks Matteo! Also the housekeeper- Luciana - was super kind and sweet ❤️

The B&B is great but it's worth noting that it's on the second floor with no lift. Fine for most people but may be a factor for some. The entry is pretty underwhelming but just hides the hidden jewel within.

B&b is located right on the beach, 5 min walk from the fabulous Old Town of Otranto. The room was lovely, compact but with a balcony big enough to sit on & where Matteo gave us a beautiful breakfast each morning.

Perfect location across the narrow road to the sea. The room was small but extremely comfortable and newly renovated in a very stylish manner. There was a lovely terrace with comfortable furniture to enjoy breakfast and views. Our host Matteo was very friendly and welcoming. He made us very delicious breakfasts. The 15th Century castle here is breathtaking

Nothing about the property itself but we were staying during the exceptional Cerberus and Charon heatwaves ( 37c +), which made it too uncomfortable to use our balcony (after7am) whilst the sun remained on it - a shame as it was a delight. Bathroom was a little small, perhaps. The extreme weather conditions also impacted the air conditioning in the building but that was hardly the B&B’s fault and Matteo went out if his way to be helpful.

Fabulous view from balcony, perfect location, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed and lovely breakfast tailored to your own wishes.
