a bit noisy in the morning because of the market down the street, but that’s totally understandable. The front door of the apartment is a but tricky to open.

The water in the shower goes out but not a biggie. There is a market downstairs that was a bit noisy in the morning but i think it made our experience even more Naplesish. they sale delicious olives and fruit.

The place was perfect for the price we paid. The location incredible, just next the the strain station and 15 min walk to the central Station. 15 min walk to PIzzeria D'Michelle (Michelin restaurant). The system to go in was incredible efficient and the instructions to get the key were super clear. The room is nice and the bed super comfy. Lucas was super kind and he got our bags for a day while we were travelling. I will totally stay there if i come back to Naples.

There is a market in the back and there is a lot of noise, but the benefits of the location in the center are much greater.

The location is perfect for access to all areas of the city right in front of Circumvesuviana train station and a few minutes from Garibaldi Central Station. The host is very kind and offered us room to leave our luggage. It is self check-in and check-out.

Pro: comfortable bed, near the train station, near places you can eat breakfast or eat out. Cons: very noisy environment, near some fish market with some strange people being there, noisy AC, the window doors don’t seal very good and you hear the noise from outside, the door from the bathroom needs repair, very smelly in the bathroom from some sink so you have to leave the bathroom window open all the time.

The bed was not super comfortable and very squeaky. The shower was okay, but after the shower, there was a huge pile of water on the floor which can be dangerous.

Central location, close to the train station. Communication upfront was great with codes and everything to enter the building. The recommendations guide of Central Gate was super useful in choosing the best places to eat and visit.

Surrounding location wasn't something I expected like this.

Location is very central so easily accessible but also the surrounding area is not very pretty :) The room was clean and comfortable. The instructions by the host were very clear so it was not problem getting in.

The neighborhood isn't great, the shower sink floods when taking a quick shower, and there was no sound insulation so we could hear other guests easily.

The room was really well air-conditioned, the bed was comfortable and the small balcony was a nice addition for smokers.

There were pictures of a Kitchen on the listing and indeed there was a kitchen on the property but we were not allowed to use and it remained locked. So why show the pictures? Also when requesting late check out there was no option even though we were prepared to pay. Also though it is close to the station it is not in the best location in Naples and you would be better to stay more centrally.

The room was very clean and the bedding was comfortable.

There was no Wifi as advertised. We bought extra data, we let the host know but we didn’t like their answer (“go to the corridor and see if there is signal there”). We had a call with them but no follow up from host was done. The area is also rough, not safe at night.

We loved the bedroom, it was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also nice. The bonus was a small balcony.

Location feels a little sketchy if you’re a women traveling alone. There’s always big noise coming from the back street and the wifi doesn’t reach the room properly.

The room was clean and the instructions to get in are really easy to follow. The host answers quick and is nice.

Worst experience ever. They were doing work inside the bed and breakfast literally in front of our door where the doormat should be located and it was horrible from 8 am until 5 pm. The owner kept lying to us saying that the next day they would be making less noise but it was a lie every single day. We asked him to refund our money because we wanted to change places and he refused. It was the worst customer service I've experienced in my life and he made our stay a nightmare. I have videos to prove this but unfortunately, I can't upload them. I also have conversations with the owners proving this but I guess it's illegal to share.

The area around the building, although apparently safe, it is not very nice specially at night when we arrived walking from the train station. Furthermore, keys to get into the building were not there for us and we had to wait with our bags outside for about 30 mins until someone was able to send us a code to open the door which I still don’t understand why it was not sent from the beginning. As I mentioned, because of the looks of the area at that time of night we were really nervous during those 30 mins standing outside so it was not a great experience, also it took like 15 mins for someone to get in contact with us. It is nice during the day though, it’s just very busy with lots of businesses and even a market just below the apartment.

Room was clean as shown on the photos and was close to Napoli Termini.

Very central to the train station and across the road from busses. With a good room and bathroom, perfect for a short stay. A good kitchenette too that made the stay good. The host is very contactable and easy to talk to
