Nothing to add really. To note Location is further away than main tourist centre but there is a good bus service and I walked everywhere still just takes 25-50mins to get to attractions/boat trip

Gisella the owner was very helpful throughout and kindly let me check in early and it was much appreciated. The property is clean , good communal areas and shower. The beds are really comfy and the rooms great value for money

The fact that we didn't get our towels changed for a stay of 5 days. We couldn't cook anything. We thought since it's a B&B, we would have had the possibility of cooking something but that wasn't the case. I think stuff like this should be added to the description.

The breakfast - well not what i expected. ,but again its typical Italian breakfast therefore probably not BnBs fault .

Felt so much like home and the host was quite communicative .she checked on me and also gave afew travel tips .The BnB is well decorated quite and very cosy ,I loved it . You have your own fridge and that's awesome .there's a spacious kitchen although I didn't use it alot .

1. The walls are pretty thin, so it's easy to hear when someone is talking in a room next to yours. 2. We were there in mid may, and it was already pretty warm outside. I can imagine this could be an issue during summer, but I'm also pretty sure i saw an AC in the room (I didn't really look for the remote) 3. Not so much of an issue in the apartment, but if someone is planning to go to Cagliari to have a holiday at the beach, it takes a long time to actually get to one from there. It's a good spot for sightseeing the city though.

1. The location of the place is good, there are many bus stops with which you can get to the center pretty quickly. 2. The kitchen is surprisingly well stuffed, there's coffe capsules for everyone to use, pans and pots in case one would like to cook, wine glasses and so on. 3. There were two bathrooms - one for women and one for men, which I enjoyed. Felt pretty safe. 4. Everything was clean 5. No noise from the street 6. Overall, really good acommodation at this price point.

That you could not enter the room before 18.00 though I did not need It as I arrived Very late night, but you need to leave at 10am maximum. Did not ask for late checkout, It might be available.

They were available quickly for any communication. The room was very clean thought the views were not nice. It has two bathrooms for men and women. All was very clean and new.

Definitely too expensive for what you get. No staff working there, the breakfast is a few of the cheapest packaged products you can find at the supermarket (mini "bread", juice, yogurt...) the coffee machine is not working. There's a bathroom in common for all the guests, without anything to hang a towel or put down your clothes and toiletry.

It was clean. I only went there because I didn't find any place to sleep last minute. Some of the worst-spent money of my life.

Check-in arranged for 5pm but nobody was present to meet us and no instructions to enter the establishment. No indication of which floor the rooms were on so we had to stop the lift on every floor. After 30 minutes, an email and a text message, we received a message to enter and what room. We had to send photocopies of our ID, leave the money for the city tax in the room and we didn't see any one in charge of the apartments. Breakfast was just left on a table in the kitchen and no idea how many people were there and if everyone had already eaten.

Generally clean and comfortable stay fairly close to the centre.

1. As per instruction given, it was nothing like that. The host told me that I can find the keys in the box which was not there. I couldn't enter because no one was opening the door. I waited like crazy person for more than 1 hours thank god the other guest come so I went with them. 2. The Internet was not working. I told the host and she said she can't do anything about it. 3. Breakfast will be only coffee which tastes like hell and one croissant and some fruit. That's it. 4. The place is far away from city centre. You need car or taxi to go to the city centre. I will suggest give some more money and book another place. This place sucks.

Well the only thing is AC was working during summer.
