It’s dark in the sitting/breakfast room. Shower door was not easy to handle as well as the room curtains. No place by the sink to put private cream, toilet article.

Location was super, housekeeper was very kind and helpful but not English speaking we managed with other guests help. building and furniture is old but clean, bath was new but installation was not perfect and soap/shampoo supplies was very limited. Breakfast was ok, tea and coffee and cake was available all day for free. It ok for 1/2 overnight stay.

Everything was great!

We liked everything, the staff were amazing, nothing was too much. The view onto the main piazza with a balcony was fantastic and we had 2 great breakfast. We will definitely go back one day.

was self service check in and it was nearly impossible to find the property. had to get assistance from a local lady and spent one hour trying to find the property, but overall, it was all very good

There were a couple of drawbacks. The absence of a hot breakfast was disappointing; they only served bread with accompaniments. Additionally, the outside noise from the traffic was understandable given the central location but could be bothersome for some. Inside the apartment, I could hear other guests, which led to frequent disruptions during my sleep. In conclusion, despite a few minor downsides, the apartment's fantastic location, cleanliness, comfortable bed, and great coffee made it a pleasant stay overall. However, improvements could be made in terms of breakfast options and soundproofing to ensure a more peaceful experience for guests.

Overall, the apartment was quite satisfactory. Its prime location right in the heart of the city, close to historical sites, was a definite plus. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The presence of air conditioning was appreciated, especially during warmer days. Another highlight was the delicious coffee provided.

We booked a private bathroom, and even though the bathroom was indeed private, it was outside the room in a public hall. It is true that there was no one in the rooms in that hall so technically no one should be around the bathroom area. Nonetheless it felt strange to go outside the room for the bathroom, especially because it was besides the breakfast area. Everything was fine anyway. Also the Air Conditioning had an annoying blue light that could not be turned off, so that was a bit bothering, but not a deal breaker.

There was an elevator for the 3rd floor but unfortunately it was under maintenance I guess during my stay.

the location of the hotel is great, right in the centre, next to many bus stops, the room was big with 2 windows that looked on the city, the bathroom was big with toiletries. enjoyed my stay here.

The room was freezing and not very clean. There were no curtains in the windows so the wind came in. In the morning the breakfast was very Italian, I made my own breakfast.

Noise. Not just the traffic noise, someone start using wash mashine at 02.30 a.m., it was next door to ours. We couldn’t sleep anymore.

The bathroom was clean and well equipped but was outside the room and across the corridor. While it was purely for our use it was not convenient. This was not made clear in the advertisement or in the confirmation of our booking.

About 20 minutes walk from the station and close to the centre of town. Clean and with air conditioning which was important as the weather was very hot.
