How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The property is well located, near to the Vatican city, close to the subway and bus station. It was really in handy for us that the shuttle bus station (from Fiumicino) was nearby, about 7-10 minutes away. There were many restaurants and cafes around. We’ve stayed in the bedroom with the bathroom across the hall, but it didn’t bother us. It is literally at three steps away. The host is a very friendly and thoughtful lady. We had a late flight and she was so nice offering to hold our luggage many hours after the checkout.

Localisation is really great, it’s so close to metro station and to Vatican City. Room is cleaned up everyday, we had also fresh water and biscuits everyday. And smell in this apartment is incredible:) big plus also for possibility to leave the language before and after check out time

Great location, spotless clean room, thoughtful staff, has everything you need in the room. My room is not an ensuite so my own bathroom is across the room, it wasn’t a big issue at all. It’s a great location but when you close the window it’s very quiet, I had good sleeps there. Host and staff very hands on, I stayed for two nights and the staff came next day to clean my room. I got super sick and could barely get up most of the time but I felt very cosy staying in the apartment and had zero issues resting. In general very good stay.

Irene was super welcoming, putting herself out to take us in very late in the day and at very short notice and making us comfortable. A great place to stay and we can highly recommend it. Close to transport and places to eat.

Irene is a fantastic host who made us feel welcome from the start! Provided us with coffee, biscuits, nespresso & water for the room. Great location to get to all the top sites in Rome by the metro station. Air conditioning in the room is a great perk for the sweaty days and really helped us relax when getting back in! Fantastisco!

Very well located - close to the metro station, Vatican and restaurants/shops; super clean (daily cleaning!) and great furnished apartment with coffee machine; the host is helpful, friendly and takes great care of your stay! Highly recommended!

Everything, the location, facilities and the host was very welcoming. Air conditioning was great and so were the other amenities. We were late for check-in due to our flight being delayed and Irene was an absolute champ and waited for us!

Nothing at all
Very cozy and quiet apartments, in 30 seconds away from the metro station. Ideal room cleanliness with every daily cleaning. Very comfortable bad and pillow. There are a lot of good cafes closely to Irene's apartments. Beautiful Irene does everything for your comfort. She is a very hospitable hostess. Thank you very much, Irene!

Nothing, it was just perfect.
Very nice stay, Irene is a very nice person and helps a lot. Very artistic.Location is the best. Irene also gave us tips to cover Rome, everything famous is close. Next time also I’m ready to book this stay😀

Please note that there is a hotel with similar name near this property, and Google map indicates not this hotel but another one. It is recommended to find this hotel based on the locatin info from Booking. com.
This hotel is located near Vatican. I believe the owner has good taste in interior as the room is decorated fashionably. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed Nespresso coffee and cookies in the room. Staff is very nice and kind.

Irene was a wonderful host. She is located at the property so available for any help or queries. The ensuite room that I stayed in was comfortable and Irene provided extras like coffee and tea in the room.

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Irene was exceptionally helpful and nice. The location was convenient to the Vatican and the metro, on a quiet street but with plenty of restaurants nearby.
