If you are not coming to city with car, it would be a problem.

Very clean, comfortable town house. Having our own entrance and privacy was very nice. Good price/performance ratio. There is a spot for you in the private parking of the house. Very secure and pleasant stay.

When I arrived at the property it didn’t have a person to welcome you right away, so I was a bit lost at first and unsure if I could enter the house or not, so I had to call the host to let him know I was there, and after it I did check in and everything ran smoothly. The property itself could be a bit better organized, some things seems to be a bit improvised but again, for the price in La Madalena it was okay.

The room and bathroom was surprisingly spacious, it was nice to have a balcony as well. Breakfast was simple but still very good, and was nice to eat it watching the nature surrounded. The best part it is a place to park the car, La Madalena is very very hard to find parking spot, so it was comforting. The host Andrea in the end of the stay was very nice to tell me a little bit more about the next place where I was going, and gave me some tips about it. Also two very cute little dogs on the house behind.

It was a quite far from the city center, but not so disturbing for us - we like to walk a lot.

The breakfast was good, the balcony was just in the dinning area, not in the room.

Hard to find the location. I had an unpleasant experience with the booking and I don't know whose fault it was. I booked a double room for 2 nights, then after a few weeks I booked another night, following the first two. I received the confirmation for the extra night and asked in the message window to get the same room. They text me a thumb up emoticon. But when we arrived, the room was overbooked for that extra night and no one knew about my reservation and the exchange of messages. In the end, Andrea found a solution and gave us other room, but we had to pack, move and unpack. It's not the first time I have this bad experience with booking.com; in August 2021, in Croatia, two of my reservations were overbooked. But now it was September 2022! So be aware with booking.com.

Large room and terace. Parking in the courtyard. Andrea, the owner, was very kind; he helped us book a boat trip to the archipelago.

It was 5 minute far away by car from the city center. The room was bug , clean and it has a beautiful balcony. Nice breakfast included to the price and the most important, free parking

The breakast is really poor. Do not expect a finished house, they are working on it and there are many construction things still around. The owners screem a lot one against each other unfortunately and that was really not pleasant

The room wasn't really what we've expected. It didn't look like on the pictures. Breakfast was cookies. I wouldn't call that a proper breakfast. We've actually booked for 2 nights but we've only stayed for one night. We couldn't sleep because the wall were paper thin and our bed squeaked everytime we've moved.

Great place for staying a couple nights and visiting the Maddalena Archipelago ! The hosts are super friendly and make you comfortable very quickly. The room is also really nice and the breakfast is good. Grazie !
