The property was a bit unclean. The shower was extremely small. The bedding was not as comfortable. Overall, not a good stay.

The location is in a walking distance from central train station and there is bus service and shared taxi service from airport. The rooms are modern decorated, fairly new and quite spacey with high ceilings. The building has a roof terrace with nice views of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very run down, although clean within the room, there were signs of mould and the whole place would benefit from redecoration. Don't book this hotel if you need silence to sleep, the combination of heavy persistent traffic and continuous honking of horns coupled with a squeeky AC system kept us up most nights. The breakfast provided was ok, however at times there was no cutlery or plates or cups and had to keep pestering the staff to restock the supplies.

The room was large and spacious, overall good value for money if you are looking for a place to rest your head whilst exploring the city. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage on the day of arrival, as we arrived well before the 2o'clock check in time.

The hotel is located in a 'Bad area'

Police and army officers always on patrol around the area... Kinda felt safe traveling in groups. Not so much during night time...

Too much noise from the traffic all night and the building is old so you hear everything and even smell the gases (at least on the 1st floor). Only reason to stay here is if your catching a very early train or arriving very late, which was our case.

The location felt an awful like Detroit, and in very bad way. I would recommend staying somewhere a little further away from Naples train station.

Excellent room size, central location. The staff was very accommodating. The hotel was mindful in being eco friendly and promoted the idea in several subtle ways. The Wi-Fi was super fast.

Bed needed a new mattress and shower door handle was broken before we entered the room. How the room staff didn’t report it to maintenance was beyond me considering they cleaned the room every day! We ran out of shower soap and it was never replaced during our stay. There was black mould on the inside bathroom window that is probably still there. Coffee and tea would have been more convenient in the rooms and not in the foyer downstairs. Lift area and downstairs had a constant mould smell that could easily have been fixed.

Location was great near Napoli Centrale. Local vibe in the streets was let’s say not Italian. Our top floor room had great views of the city and Mt Vesuvius from the large open air terrace. Facilities were adequate for the price.

Really loved the hotel and the area. So much better to live in Maiori and take the boat to busy Amalfi or Positano. Maiori is much calmer and you can take a walk to Minori for some change of scenery. The staff were super nice and helpful, couldn't recommend it more.

I paid the hotel with my credit card that I don’t use and I’ve never used after. The receptionist took my card and put it under the reception and then came with POS for me to introduce the PIN. After 2 weeks I’ve been to this hotel somebody used my card and make 5 non approved transactions. I’ve been to the police in the city where I live and they told me that nothing can be done, but I know for sure that the receptionist copied my card. It would be good for the hotel to investigate in order to avoid for other people to happen this. I mention again: never used that card and no one could’ve copy it, except the receptionist from hotel. Be careful with your card! Don’t lose it from your eyes when you make the payment!!!
