Luca’s place was very clean and comfortable and ideally located in the historical area of town. Luca’s a great communicator and was very helpful in getting us settled. Highly recommended!

The host Luca is very nice, we appreciate his flexibility and help during the stay. The location is just perfect, in the center of the old down Alghero, a couple of minutes walking to the sea (less than 5). Shops, bars and restaurants all around. Very close to buses (to the airport, Sassari, Bosa...etc.). Also a grocery store is close by, near the bus stops. Information center is also in the near distance, they are very helpful there. The apartment was clean with all what we needed. This stay was really great. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Great location in this medieval town. Very steep stairs going into the center. of town. Don't take a lot of luggage. Free parking is available at the bottom of the hill. Just ask the host. Very nice man.

Right in the middle of the bustling old town area within the walls. A long walk but short taxi ride to the train station. Loved the coffee machine & the common lounge room. Breakfast was mostly packets of sweet cakes (common in Italy) plus yoghurt. Bottled water also provided. Host Luca was friendly & helpful.

Stairs were a little bit of a challenge at times and door heights were too low for my 6ft 2 husband 🥴perfect for me tho 5ft 3 👍🏼

The bed and breakfast location was great; it was super central to the ocean and close to buses for travelling to nearby beaches and towns. There was enough food supplied for my stay. The room was spacious and had a spacious bathroom. It was equipped with everything needed. Luca was extremely friendly and helpful; he took the time to answer all my questions and helped organise a taxi for me as I had an early flight from the island. He was an excellent host. He came and checked on me as I would be checking out earlier than 10am. I had a really lovely time here as a solo traveller.

Location is a 10+ and owner Luca is very helpful! In common area you can make tea/coffee and grab a snack. Also you get space in fridge which is great to keep drinks cool. 1min from the room at Lu Jutge 🥐&☕️ is free as part of breakfast, also great place for cocktails in the evening. Keep in mind there is no elevator and stairs are a bit steep but really no issue at all as location is perfection!!!

Luca, the owner, is very welcoming and helpful. Location is great. It is in the center of the old town nearby shops, restaurants, bars and sites of cultural interest as well as public transport. Our room with a balcony was spacious and it has a nice Sardinian déco. It is comfy and very clean. Breakfast is at the cafeteria Lo Jutge located round the corner. They serve a very good cafe latte and tasty pastry. We certainly recommend this lovely B&B. Very good value for money!

The b&b is in the heart of the old town. It's on a cobbled street lined with boutiques, shops and restaurants. The bedroom has traditional decor, comfortable beds, plenty of storage and a large bathroom. The rooms and kitchen were spotless and kept that way for the entire visit. Luca provides juices, yoghurts, pastries, tea and coffee for a first breakfast with vouchers for coffee and brioche at a cafe around the corner. There are dozens of restaurants within 5 minutes' walk and a lovely long promenade with restaurants, cafes and historical features. Alghero is lovely but there is an excellent bus service to surrounding towns for days out.

Fantastic location in the centre of the Old Town of Alghero ! Hospitality of the owner! Cute and tidy rooms ! Well equipped kitchen and the fride full of delicious snacks provided by the host ! Great location, in the centre of town. Restaurants and shops literally at the front doorstep and the marina is about 5 minutes walk. The bus stop for the airport is just under 10 mins walk from the place. Lovely breakfast - tokens used for a cafe a couple mins walk from the B&B alongside other breakfast items in the fridge

Luca the host was excellent Place spotless. Definitely recommend anyone to stay there. Great location. We had the Green room with the balcony. Fabulous. Great cafes not a stones throw from the B&B. Alghero is fabulous and I would definitely go there again and would return to B&B Vecchia.

The room was spacious and comfy, with a lovely balcony, spotlessly clean, and well located in the city centre, close to all main attractions and restaurants. Luca, the owner, was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was at Lo Jutge, a nearby local cafeteria, where Roberto excelled with his paninis and coffee. We really enjoyed the stay and we'll be back for sure!

Having to leave after a wonderful 4 night stay!

Every need was anticipated by Luca. Arriving exhausted after travelling all night to be welcomed with snacks, yoghurt and cool water in the fridge was unexpected and most welcome.

We had a lovely stay at Luca's place, he is a great host, friendly and super helpful. The place is super clean, cosy, provides everything you need and it is close to everything (main spots, restaurants, beach, buss station). The breakfast is really nice with good coffee and hot croissants, it is a typical italian breakfast, also you have snacks/coffee/tea available all the time. If you want to feel like home this is the place to go.

The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the bed. It was very clean, but it wasn't super comfortable. It was supposed to be a double bed, which for me means a single double-sized mattress. In this case there were two smaller mattresses side by side, and it was uncomfortable to lie on top of where they came together. The only thing I would recommend would be to replace the mattresses with a single larger mattress.

Luca is one of the best hosts I have ever had here on Booking! Soooooo friendly, helpful, extremely gracious and provided a lot of info beforehand and when I arrived. Such a warm and happy guy! :) The B&B is located in the heart of Alghero's Old Town - a prime location - and is one of the cleanest places I have literally ever stayed. I had the "blue room", which was quite spacious, had a really big bathroom, towels, etc. Did I mention how amazingly clean it was? :-D I was very impressed. There's a fridge for everyone to use in the main common room. Luca provides lots of sweet snacks, tea, and coffee which guests can help themselves to whenever they want. He also provides each guest with some yoghurt and a big bottle of water. For breakfast guests are given vouchers to take to a nearby cafe for a coffee/cappuccino/tea and a croissant. The breakfast is simple, but it's a nice addition, and the cafe has a nice outdoor seating area where you can people watch.
