The room, bathroom and shared breakfast room was spotless! There was not one bit of dust anywhere and we could tell that the owners looked after the property with pride. The property is dog friendly with a secure courtyard at the door of the ground level room so it was easy to let the dog out when necessary. The room and bed are very comfortable and breakfast was adequate and included home made jams and bread. A Locanda is at the end of the cul- de-sac street. The owners were very helpful and able to accommodate our last minute booking of 30 minutes before we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We were there only for a night but the room was small for 3, it wasnt much space to move as it was a double room. As i said it was fine for a night but more that that we would be a bit tight.

The location was good. Very quiet area with restaurants and perfect to relax. Carmen was extra helpful and very warm and nice with us. Breakfast was very good with sea view.

It’s not connected to the property, but the village it is located. There is a big factory, and the area considered to be contaminated (Google for more information) and has long term effects on health. It would not affect in a short term, but there should have been a sign for example, that we shouldn’t use a tap water for cooking or washing vegetables. But once more, it’s only to take into account about the area, and has nothing to do with the accommodation.

The property was very clean and well located, with windows facing the sea. The house is nicely renovated and has beautiful common area. It also has a lovely outdoor patio and a table . Staff was very helpful, and organized for us a transfer from Cagliari in the evening for 60 euros (normal taxi would be twice as much). They also helped us to rent bikes and always were helpful in case we had questions. Fresh pastries and coffee for breakfast were very nice. A few good restaurants near by.

Host was late to meet up. Spoke no English despite the listing listing English as an available language. We were able to muddle through. Room was not soundproof. I could hear toilets flushing. Every time people came in and out of the house my bedroom door shook. After the first night of terrible interrupted sleep, I bought some ear plugs and stopped the door from shaking with a folded up piece of paper. I would stay here again because the location is absolutely perfect.

The host was very kind. Breakfast was wonderful. Gluten free options were available. The price and location were excellent. The room was clean. The shared spaces were clean. The ocean view was beautiful. Easy to walk into town. Grocery stores nearby. Places to explore by car less than 30 minutes away.

We stayed in the room next to the kitchen so we heard all the noises from other guests.

Cozy room with big bathroom. Stuff ready to help with some ideas where to go and what to discover. Good breakfast with homemade marmelade. Since there are only few rooms in the building, you really feel more like "at home."

A wonderfully warm welcome, comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. The B&B is located on the sea front, with great views across the attractive harbour, just a short walk into the town. We would certainly stay here again.
