Incredible location, in the heart of all of the action, markets, shopping, walking distance to The Arena for an outdoor opera experience. Our balcony overlooked a piazza that was bustling, had opera singers and musicians during the day. The service was attentive and timely. I would stay again.

The staff were not the friendliest on our trip but they gave us the information we needed and called a taxi for us back to the station, we could leave our bags there all day as well. The breakfast was in a nice cafe in the main square but a bit limited and very slow service - the only included breakfast where you only got one coffee or tea - no top up!

Lovely room - very good facilities - great to get a coffee machine. Very clean, good size and a big bathroom with an excellent shower. Very good location within 5 minutes walk of the main square.

Nothing really. As this place is kind of in the middle of the historical city, it is hard to get to by car. The valet service is great, but getting there was a little difficult.

Great location right in the middle of downtown Verona. We wanted to visit the city and see an opera in the Arena di Verona, perfect spot for that. Nice area with good restaurants and all places to see nearby.

During our stay it was very hot and the air con on high was noisy. Also the bed had a memory foam topper and the pillows are memory foam too - memory foam retains heat so it can make you feel even hotter… not great in Italian summers.

We stayed in the one bed apartment. The apartment was an amazing location 5 mins from the shops restaurants and the arena. Great size with everything you need and expect - including a nespresso, large fridge and washing machine. The staff were super helpful and their level of English was great - unlike our Italian…😜). They can look after your bags if you arrive early or after check out and the nearby hotel reception. We travelled by train from Venice and the hotel is around a 25 minute walk through the town. We traveled onto Lake Garda, Bardolino, by bus and the bus stop was a 5 minute walk from the apartment to the arena. We loved the opera…💗 and hope to come back and explore more.

Great location and very clean and well stocked. The workers were very nice and responsive with questions we had about storing our bags, getting a taxi, and food suggestions close by. They let us hang out there while we were waiting for our taxi which was very helpful as it was hot and we have 3 young kids. We can’t imagine a better place to stay in Verona and would definitely stay again!

The only tiny thing was a small squeak in the sliding glass door of the superb shower. Utterly negligible.

The property was clean, well designed with every facility you could want. A washing machine, iron, dishwasher, microwave & hob, with cutlery, pots and pans, crockery glassware. It also has a very comfortable firm bed. It was the best apartment my wife and I have stayed in (& that’s quite a few at our age!). It was very well located in central Verona, so we could walk to all the attractions and very peaceful and cool to return to after a day walking in 32C heat. The staff too were extremely helpful, booking a taxi for our arrival at the airport and arranging one for our departure.

Truly everything was above expectations

We rented a large apartment just a few minutes from Piazza Erbe. Beautiful apartment situated within an old palace. All conveniences and good AC. Also a very good supermarket just 2 minutes away. We could walk to all the sights and had a wonderful time. The organisers wer soooo helpful and very proactive in reaching out and checking on us. We came by car and Relais la Torre organised a pick up and parking service for us (extra point to that service - when we wanted to use the car they came by with it). When we arrived we were welcomed by a representative showing us the apartment and how everything worked. We were impressed with how easy everything worked and can highly recommend renting through Relais la Torre.

Please add a microwave oven

Great location in old town, all sightseeing are near by in walk distance. There is everything you need (except a microwave oven). If you arrive by car I heighly recommend to use valet parking service. After drop off the car you have to walk just 50 meters.
