Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsThe apartment downstairs (living and kitchen) is a bit small when you are with 4 persons. But you can eat outside, there are a lot of tables. The sleeping area upstairs is fine.
The family is very nice. We felt really welcome. The terrain is quite big with a large swimmingpool, a lot of tables to sit and stables and a field for horses.

Apartment is located at the farm, there are several horses, dogs and other animals. You can interact with them freely. There is nice pool and huge vineyard around. Hosts are very friendly and nice. Great location when traveling with kids.

Czech RepublicThe kitchen and inside seating is very small but there is an outside seating just in front. Beaches are 30min drive but the pool is great. There are many animals around - dogs, cat, horses, pigs, goats, rabbits so the place is great for children to watch them. The owners are super nice. Overall it is great place to stay to enjoy the peaceful Sardinian farm.

United KingdomSo we arrived at Badde Cubas and was shown our room by a lovely young girl. She took us to our room and the key would not open. She apologised and my husband tried and struggled but managed to open it. The staff WERE AWARE that the door mechanism was faulty BEFORE our arrival. We requested they rectify this within a timely manner. They didn't and because of their negligence the key snapped in the door. They said they needed technicals to come and look and I told them immediately that wasn't necessary. My request was ignored and technicals were sent. They removed the key from the lock which the staff could have done themselves. They then informed me that I now had to pay 60 euros for a spare key. I refused as the fault was theirs. I was then blamed for breaking the key when this was clearly their fault. I suggest in future the staff ensure all doors are in working order BEFORE clients arrive and spare keys are kept on hand as I am sure any reputable host would do. My son has mental health disabilities and as such needs constant supervision to keep him safe. I explained this and the owners were not bothered. They were only interested in getting money from us. They deliberately witheld the key from us. This is a health and safety issue. This could have resulted in injury/ death. I feel this was an unlawful act. We had to spend the remaining night of the holiday awake at night to ensure son was safe and were too tired to go out in the day. The staff were unwelcoming from the offset. Ignored from day 1. Nothing explained. No onsite facilities. No staff at snack area which was full of flies. And all rubbish unhygenically put in snack area. Cups crawling with flies, left on tables from the groups of noisy guests that frequented the area. ( not guests at B&B) Even guests changing baby nappies on dining tables. No food on offer apart from kids left over pizza we were offered. No thanks! Dirty place, aggressive hosts. Room awful, neglected animals.
