The place look like it needs some renew. The lockers were difficult to close because the doors kept coming off and the rings for using a padlock often jammed the door. The hot water boiler is above a toilet and it leaks, so you can't use that one. In fact, all the toilet bowls were loose (yes, I'm one of those who have to sit down xD) The main door is narrow, the kitchen had lack of glasses,...these are small things that I can really overlook to a certain extent, but my companion, being his first time in a hostel, found them negative. Even so, I would definitely come back, but because I'm not very demanding :)

The best thing about the Hostel is the location, close to the train station and the personal, they were really nice and yhey clean at leats twice at day

It's possible that they start booking someone into a dorm at 23.00, everything is a bit beaten down, but hey, it's a cheap hostel.

The bedrooms were too crowded, and I think there are some homeless people that temporarily live in the hostel. There was a smell of sweat and cigarettes in the dorm because people would smoke on the small balcony of the room, but the door did not shut well.

The hostel is in a great position because it is between the central station and the city center. Moreover, it is very cheap.

Would be nice if the sofas were clean (in common space) and toilets sometimes are dirty and just kinda dark there. Also one fridge is definitely not enough for that number of people. Always have to worry that your stuff can be moved. And kitchen area is too small for cooking especially in the evening. Had to think in advance to cook when there’re not a lot of people.

I really like the atmosphere of being there with being almost my age (18-40), who came from different countries. I met such amazing people! Super nice people who work in the hostel. And super close to central station

No charging ports near the bed. No lamps either. The beds aren't particularly confortable. The AC controls are only available with the front desk, meaning sometimes the room gets either too hot and way too cold. The hostel seems more for students on study exchange than travelers.

-not very clean -the lockers were really small, so a small luggage doesn’t fit in -I was unlucky to be in the room with a guest who was really disrespectful: talking loud on phone, spraying deodorant with strong smell, coughing and making sounds all night as she was sick. Everybody in the room suffered because of her. The hostel should have better rules to control such behaviors.

I didn’t like much the fact that the kitchen is closed between 23.30 and 7.30 am, because I wake up early and could not make myself some coffee. Also, at times there was a strange smell coming from the toilet, which was not the best toilet nevertheless (it could be renovated)

The kitchen closing at 11,30 .. In my personal opinion it has no much sense .. You may just need to close the bar and that's it.. Above all, if someone needs to cook late in night, as often happens in these places, or wants to go out to smoke, considering inside is forbidden, or has a late pc job to do, well it's a pity, people has to eat, work or even smoke outside in front of the building in an area like the one the hostel is ubicated. Is not safe, if you know what I mean ... At least for people who need to smoke . create a dedicate area and leave open overnight .. and create private rooms for someone who needs more privacy.. That's all.. everything else is Perfectly fine !!

it was a good place to stay for a couple of days, 5 min from palermo centrale and 5 min from historical center 😄. the staff was super friendly and allowed me to keep my bags till my night flight. very spacious kitchen with a lot of appliances and cute balcony.

Not everybody on the staff speaks English - so it wasn't always possible to get extra info. The vibe was so-so, it worked as a dormitory but not a social place. In the morning the common kitchen is not opened at 7:30 as written, one day I waited hungry for 1.5h - not a big deal but if I knew it's gonna take that long I wouldn't have waited there. After all do not understand why close the area at all.
