The staff and volunteers are friendly but it,s one big group in a hostel, some of them are not talking with anyone else... Because of this the atmosphere is not the best.

It is quite a fun hostel. So people walk in the room at 5 o'clock. Kitchen is really dirty before 8 in the morning.

Hostel is really nice locate. Good kitchen area. Nice place to meet people and to go out. Nice for one night. The beds are quite far from the living area so you don't hear noises that is good.

This is what I would call a “grimy” hostel—you must be prepared for a bit of grit. To me, this is part of the hostel experience, in fact maybe actually improves it. But just so you know.

A nice hostel stay, social common space, right in the heart of Palermo, close to the train station. Staff were friendly. Kitchen well equipped. I’d stay again.

Rooms do not seem to be cleaned. I observed what I think was a volunteer take out dirty sheets. Nothing else seemed to be done to clean the room. The floor is dusty and pieces of trash were on the floor. The kitchen was also quite messy. To be fair bathrooms were fairly clean and so were the showers. It also very noisy at night not only from outside noise but also from other guests who started yelling late into the night.

The location is good. A few minutes walk to the train station. It's easy to get to and from the airport. It's also very close to main attractions and shops.

During the time of my stay the hot water wasn't working and the wifi also stopped working on the second day. There are quite many beds in the dormitories so it can be loud sometimes, but that depends on the people staying there.

The people who are working in the hostel are amazing and very kind. It's really easy to meet new people there and the common area and the kitchen were really nice. The hostel is close to the central station and right in the city center, so you can reach all the important spots very easily.

Bed was really not confertable and i had alot of trouble to sleep, matress was old and the pillow was almost not existent otherwise i would have give it a 8 WiFi was not the best specially in the Room Extra charges are a bit out of Hand, towel its fine but 5 euros to leave your bag in the back of the house withouth any security its a bit insane for me , when asked they Said : in comparision to the luggage storage in the station. All in all the valeu for money its okay and its worth it for a short Stay but the place it self its a bit Run down ( there was literal a whole in the wall Next to my bed ) and extra fees dont make Sense for the services provided.

The location is exactlty what i needed : close to the station and central, making it easy to move around. Staff was super Nice and kind and overall vibe of the space is nice

Too many bunks in dormitory. Smell of urine from toilet block, would recommend bins with lids in toilets.

Convenient location for the train and bus station. Friendly helpful staff. Shower block clean with plenty of hot water. 50m from Lidl which was great for supplies.

Room was an echo chamber for snoring. Open space built with cement, you could hear everything like it was happening right next to you. Squeaky beds also

The bathrooms and showers were pretty well terrible tbh. The showers were like pool showers with you not evening being able to grab and move the showerhead it was just fixed. The toilets were cubicals all next to each other in one room with crappy doors to close them.

Good kitchen area, friendly staff, Code to the access door no need to worry about keys. Lockers were there but bring your own lock. People were friendly and you got to meet a lot of them considering it was a 16 person dormitory! But some may not like that.

No lots of water in douche because problem with electricity, no power when everyone uses it. Bathroom for men and women not separated. Bed not made when you arrive, you have to do it yourself, even in midnight and wake up everyone. Cleaning alright but bin full, no boiler or coffee machine, no teatowel. WiFi not alright. Guy at reception not sympatic, rest of the staff really friendly. No curfew so many people not paying attention during all night long and difficult to rest well.

All other hostels were more expensive or full. It is close to the station. Soap and dryer in bathroom. Glok close to bed.

Shower with dressing inside always quite difficult due to wet floor and steam. Separate dressing room would be better.

Check-in was fast and dorm comfy. I slept well, people moved very quiet. Easy location, close to train station.

power went off for like 3 hours. water pressure was not enough for a good shower. women's bedroom has too many beds (12). there’s no age specification so guests may vary from 18yo to 45 yo which makes socialising somehow difficult. Lockers aren’t big enough for a cabin bag.

location was convenient. common areas were nice. showers have a changing space included which is comfortable.
