Excellent service: the hotel is in the pedestrian zone so they give you options where to park (we parked for free in a university lot nearby) and pick you up / deliver you to your car. They carry your suitcases for you to your room since stairs and some walking is required. Rooms are incredible, each one in a separate « cave » completely refurbished. Heated floors in the bathroom, smart Tv. Amazing breakfast, incredible view from the door of our room, friendly and helpful staff.

United KingdomA bit of damp in the bathroom (which is well heated and has good extraction) - but (as someone who lives in an old property) I imagine it is hard to completely prevent in sassi/cave houses. One of the bed bases was squeaky when you moved.
Rooms are in the Sassi Caveosa area overlooking the ravine. They are large, characterful and (we stayed in early February) well heated - the heating/air con is easy to adjust. Breakfast is very good - lots of fruit - and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is quiet but with lots if goid restaurants nearby.
