Excellent location. Near the bus station, restaurants, grocery stores and the laundry mat is across the street! Simona was excellent in communicating the check in procedure. The common area on the top floor where you can make tea, coffee and heat up you food is a bonus.

Since most European sinks don’t seem to have plugs I accidentally dropped my necklace down it whilst trying to fasten it. I messaged Simona and she answered immediately and a lovely friendly man came to open the sink and retrieve it for me much to my delight!

The room was very clean. The communication from Simona was very good and she was helpful and friendly. Reasonable price for Rome. Good security with cameras in the hallway and codes required to access your room.

The street is loud even at night due to the many entertainment venues.

The area offers great entertainment options. There are many exciting restaurants and bars. Due to its proximity to the city center, it is ideal for tourists looking for both relaxation and entertainment.

Unbeatable location to walk to the main attractions and at the same time in a quiet enough street. Buzzing night live in the lovely terraces for al fresco dinner close by. Quiet room with everything i need and spotless cleaning state. The communication with the host via whatsapp was the best and seamless. Really helpful indications and friendly and homely approach. Will go back to the same guest house if in Rome.

The location is excellent, just a short distance from the city center and surrounded by fantastic cafés, restaurants, street food spots, and bars. The room was well equipped, ideally sized, and beautifully decorated, all at a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing clear instructions and always ready to assist promptly. I highly recommend it :)

Great location: surrounded my restaurants and bars and close to all monuments. Amazing host (Simona): always ready to help with anything the room was nice and clean but we especially enjoyed the common room with the balcony and the great view. Would recommend and go back again!

Amazing! Perfect view, great place. To make the experience complete there is a coffee machine and tables on balconies to enjoy the view while you drinking coffee. Everything clean, every day fresh towels… the best place for this money. Great Great thanks to Simona for that great hospitality! The best thing after walking all day is jacuzzi. We landed around 2 AM and we could arrive to our room in the middle of the night thanks to self check in. Location is perfect. Common room with kitchen very cozy with two small balconys.

The property was amazing for the prize I paid. It’s was warm and cozy . Staff left the room in great. I was freezing 🥶 outside because I was out for so long. When I came in the room it was so warm and cozy. it was clean and perfect for the prize I paid ❤️🎊. The staff kept me updated on what is happening with the room. I also wanted late check in so they accommodated my to my schedule. clear instructions on how to access the room. And they had everything set up for me before I arrived.

Honestly, there wasn't anything I didn't like! I'm quite small; a person 6'4" (200+cm) tall might find the shower small. I would have liked a tea towel (or a reminder to bring one!) so I could wash up more easily.

The location was excellent; the instructions on how to get in were clear. Wifi was easy to get on; my daughter found the TV easy to use--we could get on disney+ and netflix, etc. So it was all very relaxed!
