There are no words to describe this apartment. Fantastic, tidy, clean, everything you need. The terrace is like in a fairy tale, the view is worth everything. We want to go back.

It was a bit difficult to find relying on Google map. You need to go further down the stairs.

Nothing- Should have stayed in Matera longer!

This property was perfect in all ways. We were given clear directions for parking (walked 8min to condo which is fantastic for Europe). We were directed on condo location with efficiency and ease. Location couldn’t be better within the Matera area. Stairs everywhere but that should be expected and gets your exercise! Rented two condos and both quite different than each other (somewhat unclear by the picture representation online)but both were quiet, clean and very fitting for the Matera city vibes. New coffee machine, kettle and cups a great touch! Clean and comfy beds/linens. Couldn’t recommend more- well priced and great stay.

That the property staff could not speak a word of English. Making it really tough to communicate.

The only downside is that in the offer there is a whirlpool bathtub, while it turned out to be a regular bathtub (huge because it fits two people). The pillows are very uncomfortable, they momentarily become flat and hurt the neck.

Beautiful apartment, extremely clean. Location perfect, close to everywhere. Especially to the train station and to explore Matera. I don't know where the problem with getting to the place came from, just follow the address indicated in the offer according to google and then go downstairs and turn right. The place is marked with a sign. We had apartment 2 with a tiny balcony overlooking a piece of Matera. The apartment has air conditioning, which worked flawlessly, a capsule coffee maker, a refrigerator with cold bottled water. The owner does not speak English, but this is not a problem, because it is possible to communicate with single words and gestures. And well, there is a translator!:)

The rooms were beautiful, clean and very modern. Great air conditioning. Be aware that you need to carry your baggage down about 25 steps down a lane. Great shops and restaurants nearby. Also secure parking not far away.

It was great. Only thing was i was not able to find the location well. It took me easily 20minutes roaming around the area as it was listed in a different location. When i searched on google map it seems listed to somewhere else as well. It would be recommended to rectify so people wont get confused about it :)

Everything was neat and clean- seems they’ve only recently refurbished. Bathroom is amazingly big and has ac as well. I loved my stay here! Only one thought is- maybe good to have a full size mirror, and a hook for the bathroom for the towels:) nonetheless, id highly recommend!

There was no knife or plate left to be able to use the piece of dry bread and jam that was left without making mess. The pictures of the suites suggest that there is a view and balcony is in the description but there is no balcony and no view at all. The only window is on garbage place and the entrance doors with glass are directly on main gate so everyone entering sees what is inside the room is you keep them open. If you close the shutters in these doors it is very dark. I’ve choosen the place as I thought there is a terrace/balcony with a Matera view and that was unfortunately not the reality.

The room was nicely renovated and the location was good.

There were no sheets for the sofa bed! I did ask. So I used the comforter as a kind of sleeping bag. Not ideal because I wondered how many other people did the same thing. Location was very hard to find.

The hostess did not speak english. The adress in Google did not match the real location, so our call with hostess was impossible, hence the language barrier. We needed to get help from the locals.
