The walls were thin but the neighbours weren’t too loud so it wasn’t really an issue. There was only 2 packets of shower gel for the two of us so it would have been better if there were more. The windows were covered up in metal so no natural light but there was a pub outside our room so perhaps thats why.

It wasn’t too far away from everything, there was a Chinese restaurant across the road, bus stops were really close but we decided to just walk everywhere, the bed was very comfortable and the room/bathroom was very big.

The rooms aren’t soundproofed. The doors and walls were really bad quality. Everytime somebody would go out of their room, I woke up because they slammed the door. There was a lady next door that I think was the property owner that talked a lot over the phone and we heard everything, all day long. Also they would eat in the kitchen when it clearly says that it is not allowed to eat after 7pm.

The property was good. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Modern bathroom.

One of the most important things of an accommodation should be having a good undisturbed sleep. The walls are paper thin and the upper neighbour was walking and moving furniture like an elephant every night and every morning at 6am so we didn’t sleep good at all.

Our room’s window had a shutter on that could not be rolled up, I guess because next us was a bistro located, however it would have been nice to let in some fresh air once in a while.

We could not tell the hotel we are looking for. The name of the hotel was different from the website, hotel sign was different and too small to notice. The pictures were not updated. There was not updated pictures to find the key as it was seen in instructions (e.g. no flowers near the key boxes). Except the sign problem and updated picture problems, the hotel was peaceful, and clean.

The room and kitchen look a bit worse(older) in real life than they are on pictures. Then there was blue light in the bedroom, mold in the bathroom, weird rule about no cooking after 7 pm. The location is not bad, but during the weekend buses were not that often - every 20 minutes.

Very quiet and powerful air conditioner, comfortable bed, no noises during the night. Check in process was very efficient.

There were only small things I'd improve. Only one hanger on the room, would be great to have 2 small lockers beside the bed and a cupboard. In the bathroom hooks for clothes are missing and small cabinet would come handy. In the kitchen not enough utensils and not working oven and a microwave. With all those I have mentioned my stay would be perfect.

The location is very good, close to the city center and other restaurants. Not busy place, all you need for a stay.

the walls are pretty thin, so you hear all your neighbours, which can be disturbing, especially at night, plus our room was next to the bathroom also. 2 out of 4 nights we did not manage to shower in the warm water, because i think the boiler stops heating the water after some hour, so when all the people start to shower in the evening, you may not be lucky to shower with warm water :)) last thing, in the room you have a blue light, which signalizes, that the door is closed (so basically absolutedy unneccessary) and it shines pretty agressively in the whole room and quite ruins your sleep. :D good luck trying to cover it :D

the room was clean, as well a the shared bathroom. the instructions how to get to the apartment were clear and the host was ready to help, which is really perfect :) the room has an electric heater, which is helpful especially now in the colder months. the kitchen also looked quite equipted, bud we did not use it, so i cannot tell really.

In the kitchen weren't any cups just two plastic cups, when I made tea into the cup it was kind of destroyed by the heat.

Mostly I liked the communication with the owner. He was super nice and always texted back when I asked about something. Hotel is close to a bus stop so location isn't that bad. I was surprised that there is a kitchen (for everyone). Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had great time in Bergamo because of this accomodation too. I hope we will go back soon. I really recommend it. Thank you 😊

The noise. Kitchen is just behind the door, shared bathroom is just next room. When we were sleeping, we woke up when other guests arrived late in the evening. The window was not isolating the noise from the street. Bed side table is missing. The room looks like in hospital, just bed, table, chair and shelfs.

Location was good, close walking distance to city center, train station. Bed was comfortable, internet was quick.

The walls were like paper: we were able to hear almost everything from other rooms. Luckily our company was quite quiet and calm, and earplugs can really make a difference. The microwave didn’t work.

The appartment was very clean and clearly sanitazed. Comfy beds, nice clean bathroom. Clean sheets. Compact shared kitchen. The other people sleeping there were nice and quiet. Check-in was easy and the host was amazing.
