Not necessarily a negative but if your room is not on the ground floor, you will need to carry your luggage as there is no lift/elevator.

The room was extremely spacious, clean and modern. Fantastic large shower and apartment was tucked away from main road. The host was very professional and easy to deal with.

Our host was not very friendly or helpful and we were charged a late fee even though we were a mere 20 minutes late and had arrived exactly when we said we would.

The location was great. An easy walk from the train station and then into a palazzo garden which was super quiet at night.

Our room did not have kitchen, some other rooms did. I thought ours would have. Besides it, nothing else.

Everything was great! The location is perfect, very quiet. Very unique place, charming, bed comfortable, pillows comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower was super good. The AC is quite and works well. We liked very much the place!

Gorgeous apartment in the heart of Rome. Huge apartment and is exactly what you see in the photos. Hidden behind a Palace, getting to the apartment is a super experience in itself. Hidden away from the roads, it is super quiet at night. Nicolo met us and brought us to the apartment to show us around and provided a list of bars and restaurants. Cant say enough good things about it! If you get a chance, stay here!

The room was modern, comfortable and clean. There were tea and coffee facilities as well as a fridge. Its in its own grounds which are lovely and give lots of privacy and ensure quite at night. Easy to locate and has public transport very close by. 10 minutes walk from the major attractions with good bars and restaurants on the door step. All staff where helpful and friendly.

A bit slippery bathroom marble floor. The shower drain couldn’t cope with the large volume shower. More information could be provided regarding public transport to and from major attractions, e.g. closest Metro B line station and Buses (71 etc), because Taxis and Ubers were hard to get.

A beautifully furnished apartment with a full kitchen in a quiet spot adjacent to a park. Highly recommended. Very helpful point of contact/ host. Thank you very much.

This location was very special. There were pieces of monuments strewn along the walk up to building and in the building itself. It was in middle of a lush garden that made you feel like you weren’t in the loudness of city. It was a fantastic location that was easy to access major historical sites. The unit was comfortable and spacious with gorgeous bathroom.

Great location a short 15-minute walk from the train station, good communication from host and unique place to stay in the heart of a busy city, nice neighbourhood with bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops for some breakfast. we had the room with a long thin balcony enough to sit in the morning with a coffee and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding green space. would recommend.

It is not as quiet and peaceful as indicated on the site. During the day there was some type of summer school going on right beneath our room window: lots of loud screaming children and music. So afternoon naps were impossible. At night there must be some kind of bar or music venue. Every night we had beats and loud music until the early hours of the morning.

Room was very nice and super clean. Very friendly and patient staff. Good communication also. The garden is absolutely beautiful.

There is theatre infront of the building that plays exceptionally loud music till 2am over the weekend, some sound proofing wouldnt go amiss. The shower leaks water all over the bathroom floor so you're forced to put down 2-3 towels to soak it up, leaving you with no clean towels for the remaining of you're stay. Regardless of that we would stay in this fantastic apartment again!

Magnificent modern apartment in an old building full of character! Great location 10 mins from Roma Termini and 10 mins from the Colosseum. The apartment we stay in was spacious and the bed was super comfy!

It was a little tricky to find the place and to arrange the meeting with our greeter. It’s on a busy street with construction and it’s tucked way back behind the another building. But once he arrived he was very helpful. It was very hot when we were there and hard to keep the air conditioning going at night. The fan kept turning off even when we set the temperature lower. Instructions for the induction stove would also be helpful!

Very nice quiet location and clean unique rooms that had all the amenities we needed for a family of four. Very comfortable beds. One room was a very spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. We also appreciated being able to store out bags before the rooms were cleaned. If you are planning to see the colosseum make sure you reserve your tickets well in advance. It was completely sold out a few weeks ahead, and even the tours were sold out.

Honestly, it was all amazing. I really don't have any negatives. We did stay mid week, so who knows if it is a little louder in that area over the weekends, but we had no issues with noise. Can't really beat the location!

Wow! This place is an absolute gem in the centre of Rome. It is very central and yet we felt like we were in a hidden away oasis. The room was gorgeous, and we truly loved our stay. The host was accommodating and had loads of suggestions for us that helped with exploring Rome.
