It is situated in a nice location, the neighbourhood was friendly, the building is nice, the room was OK for the price paid. Extra points as it has a kitchenette.

No air conditioning, no heating except for the bathroom. I mostly returned to the room only to sleep, but I imagine actually spending time there in the winter (or trying to sleep in the summer) is a nightmare.

Had a prompt, detailed, auto-translated response on booking.com regarding exactly how the late check-in process works. Sounds obvious, but my next booking involved a bunch of last-minute whatsapp messages and calls, feeding me the info one bit at a time in a confused jumble. The location itself is right in the middle of Milan, a two-minute walk to the metro or tram.

The cleaning lady entered out room although we put out the 'do not disturb' sign, and she took our pajamas by mistake when she changed our sheets, the lady at the reception checked to see if they were still in the hotel but we weren't able to get them back since they have already sent everything to cleaning

The check in instructions were clear and the personnel at the reception was nice.

When we arrived the bathroom smelled bad and there were some pieces of hair in the sink and toilet, even on the wall, so a little better cleaning, and maybe providing an air freshener for the bathroom would be nice.

I liked the retro feel of the hotel. The room was spacious, there was air conditioning (though very loud). The kitchenette could have been better equipped, but overall it was fine. Location was great for transports and there was a shop close-by but the area wasn't very nice.

The area in general in the outskirts of Millan is a little run down, it could use some repairs - it doesn't mean I didn't like it, but the area around the hotel should have the sideways fixed, so it would be easier to navigate with a babycarrige.

We liked the staff and found that issues were resolved fast when something happened. Generally, it is a very good value for money stay.

The room was a bit dirty, especially the bathroom. Some improvements and renovations are definitely needed.

WE arrived very late so we needed a late check-in which the hotel facilitated without any problems. Conditions were decent. It's close to the subway but be careful as sometimes it doesn't work.

The bath was very dated and it was difficult see the two controls to operate the shower, as they were concealed under the tap. The glass panel leaked water all over the floor. There was no rail to help visitors to stand up out of the deep tub. A new shower would be a good investment.

Although the decor was dated, the room was spacious and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and convenient stay. We appreciated the little kitchenette, with its two electric hobs, fridge and small sink. The kitchenware was adequate, if well-us0ed and the microwave in the bedroom completed the catering facilities. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen all had opening windows and the A/C was easily adjustable. The bedroom had a sturdy table with two chairs and there was also a folding luggage rack in the wardrobe. The TV was large and good quality for a hotel room.

It’s not hotel’s fault, I think. It’s just there was a person who was shouting at nights. Also in the morning, I woke up with cleaner’s chatting which wasn’t pleasant.
