The lift was a bit scary as it is too small which would only occupy a person (if with luggages). Also, the room facilities were nearly complete except that there was no kettle provided and for us this is very important

The room was spacious for us and has its own little kitchen, toilet and a balcony. Location was perfect as it is near Metro and other public transport. Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

Attached the view from my hotel room I reserved room with balcony and view but what i got was just window with view of plumbing tube 🥲 When I completed to the reception the guy was very rude he told me I only reserved room with 2 beds and bedside tables but the balcony and view it’s just written for advertising 😳if it available we will give it to you So I asked him to change the room but he said there is no other room available

Air-condition was rather noisy. Coins left in the room disappeared after cleaning, but no new shampoo/gel was added. Some doorknob disassembled in my hands. No receptionist said about the button to open the gate when you leave (left on a pillar with a keyboard) - you'll need it when you checked out and have no keys.

The hotel building is inside a yard with green, so there was no street noisy.

In the description, there was air conditioning and a coffee machine, which was not available at the accommodation. The bathroom was dirty and had traces of mold. The furniture was from the 80s. Very rude staff.

The place locates in a periferia of the city. The nearest station to go to city center was Milano Forlanini stop of suburbian train - 15 min to the station Milano Piazza Garibaldi than to excange to Metro. All in the room 301 needs repairing - rotted battery? broken doors (photo). Every day all room was full by filthy smells. The inner handle of the bathroom door has broken when I have closed it and I was locked. When I have begun to knock to the door to draw attention the door itself has been broken. At the result their staff has extorted from me 200 euro to change the door made of cartoon. As I had no time to discuss with them in fact I have paid threir shortages and bad maintainance of the property. I was many times in Milan, Italy and other countries but never have met noso crude and unadequate stuff, a real crooks, nor so badly maintained property.

Nothing. It is a calm place but with inconvenient connection to city center and central railway station. The room had all basic facilities but all was out-of-dated and bad maintained.

The facility is very old and needs renovation as soon as possible. Everything (from beds to wallpapers and kitchenware) is aged poorly. There is a certain “old building smell” everywhere. Walls are thin, so you hear everything from two rooms ahead, or the elevator. The elevator is too old and shaky as well.

It was more affordable than the rest. The location was OK, it is not far from the center with tram.

Lift was not working and to climb up to 8th floor on a very old lift was not comfortable and was feeling risky.
