Great location, easy walk from Station San Giovanni and to the Duomo and Lake. The continental breakfast was good with boiled egg options. The staff were very helpful and courteous. A lovely vegan cafe “Vegeme” and a local friendly brew pub were great places to eat and drink and easily accessible as located on the same street as the hotel.

Room was spacious with very comfortable bed. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. It was clean and daily room keeping was perfect. Location for us was good - close to center and ferry, and very close to buses. On this street there are couple of excellent restaurants very close.

My room ( 205) was opposite main staircase and elevator so a bit noisy from interior noise, but it didn’t bother too much

Beautifully decorated affordable hotel in quiet location but walkable to everything - handy to station if you don’t want to schlep a suitcase far and easy access to main bus route. I did end up lost late at night after asking a bus driver to alert me to my stop which i was tracking on Google Maps - he didn’t- and i ended up stranded in the next village 4 kilomètres away at midnight - i called the hotel and the night receptionist was so compassionate and lovely- he called a taxi to come fetch me and all ended well! Awesome breakfast too!

Splendid comfort room. The personnel are very kind. Breakfast very complete. Excellent coffee. Location is not centrum but is a good place nearby a Parking lot. Some excellent restaurants nearby.

The bed was kind of hard but for 2 nights it was ok

I liked the location….very close to the train statiin and a short walk to the city center. It was clean and I had a small green terrace all for myself.

The bathroom had wrong inclination and shallow bath so water was flowing out after short shower likely causing also some excess humidity in thw room.

The only criticism is that the bed was a bit small, and the pillows weren't the best. We could still sleep fine, but it would be nice if the bedding setup was upgraded a bit.

The location of this hotel is great, perfectly situated between the town and the station. The surrounding is very quaint, and the inside of the hotel is nicely appointed and cosy. The extremely slow lift is actually a nice somewhat comedic touch. The staff is also very welcoming and kind. Overall a very good stay.

Walls are pretty thin. We could hear all our neighbors business. Just keep that in mind. Would not stop me from staying here. We will book here again.

This is a cute little hotel that will not break the bank. It was very close to the train station. We only had two bags so no big problems walking down the streets. It is busy during the day but dies off at night. Cute little restaurants around. The ferry was less than 15 min walk and downtown area maybe 10 min. The breakfast was perfect and we also hung out in the bar for a drink one afternoon.

Very nice hotel and room, comfortable bed, good a/c, good shower. We had nice view of garden and aquaduct in a quiet room on the first floor, Not a huge room but plenty big enough and nicely decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. Decent breakfast was a bonus and appreciated. 24hr Staff were so nice and also helpful. Location is handy for catching a train and also not far to walk into town. Street it's in looks a bit ordinary during the day but was nice at night and had places to eat and drink just nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Property is excellent From train station to hotel is walking distance but there are 30-40 steps to go down or up so if you are carrying a big suitcase it may be challenging

The location was very good for proximity to the station and the Lake. The room was superb, with a little patio, and breakfast was extremely good, the staff were pleasant and very welcoming and helpful.

The people at reception were very helpful in all matters. The place was conveniently located near the train station. The rooms were simple, clean and a nice range of teas and some biscuits were provided :-)

No fridge in room to keep milk for tea, coffee, but staff gave us milk on request
