Vicelli is an amazing place, we stayed in a deluxe suite, it's spacious and gorgeous. The location is great, 30 mins to Florence, 20 mins to mall of firenze. It would be perfect to stay with a group of friends in the summertime. A little bit dislike about the amenities is they have Nescafe in the room, it may change to a better quality one:)

Peaceful and beautiful place to escape from busy Florence.Nice facilities inside and around.Big swimming pool,lots of sunbeds. The room was cosy and clean with the small wardrobe and comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast was nice served with the decent food :fresh bread ,cheese ,fruits.The food in restaurant for lunch or tapas bar also was fresh and nicely cooked.The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Like is an understatement, we LOVED this property!! Probably one of the best places we have stayed at during our Italy holiday. Highly recommend this place 10 on 10. Stunning views, amazing staff and beautiful rooms. So much character on the property with an amazing view of the sunrise and sunset. Definitely coming back here and will be recommending this place to everyone reading this!!!!!!

Quite closely located to the motorway, but it was not bothering us whatsoever. I wish the extras at breakfast were included in the price.

Amazing place, very well kept and with an extremely friendly and attentive staff. Beautiful views and great facilities. A relatively short drive to Florence. I can highly recommend it!

Breakfast a bit chaotic - understaffed, most tables not cleared, had to track down waiter to take coffee order each day. Felt stingy to be charged an extra €6 tor scrambled eggs when paying €300 per night for bed and breakfast. coffee making facilities but no milk in rooms or kitchen area.

Pool not heated. Quite a few stairs for older people so careful where you book room. Ground floor was available, but we didn't know. Could do with places to hang towels in bathroom.

Amazing food. Great wine Knowledgeable waiting staff, great service, especially Matilda! Great postion for Florence and day trips to Sienna, Bologna, Chianti etc. Lovely pool setting.

A perfect stay in Tuscany. Top-notch amenities and an incredible pool. Surrounded by dozens of olive trees and offering an amazing sunset view. Everything was immaculate and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was a bit poor, the same every morning. Needs more variety/selection of food.

The hotel is located in a perfect location for traveling around Tuscany. The hotel itself is beautiful, especially the area where the pool and restaurant are with an amazing view of the mountains. But mostly the staff and the service - they were exceptional!! Can’t wait to come back!

For the quite expensive price I would expect to pay less extras (for example for scrambled eggs at the breakfast are not included). Also I would expect some little services that makes it a real five star experience for example someone who carries your luggage when you arrive/leave. Everything in the hotel (foods/beverages) is quite expensive too when you add it to the room rates.

Very good food, nice views, lovely rooms and lovely building and surroundings. Overall a very nice experience and a good place to find some peace.

Such an amazing spot, a superb little villa hidden in the Tuscan hills. We had a wonderful time, perfect base to explore Florence and the neighboring cities or just to relax by the pool. The restaurant serves lovely meals with the signature olive oil that is simply amazing. Shout out to the really kind staff for making our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended.
