Very noisy during the day and at night (some days until 1 am) due to shops downstairs. Very tiny room for 3. Breakfast is almost nothing- coffee, bun, juice. Appreciate owner left some juice, candies, shower gel but all this can be a bit more generous otherwise it looks sad. Worst thing is l that good reviews 10/10 will give 10% duscount for additional services made me sad since I hate forced reviews.

Location was perfect, close to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Staff member kindly offered that I could leave my bag in a store room until I needed it on the day I was leaving. Communication with owner was good though i didn't meet her.

We had two days of cold showers but when we contacted the property they were quick to fix the situation. The shower looked like it had mold in it…but overall clean. You enter through a door on the outside street. You enter an outside common area that then goes up stairs to your room. It was a little tricky to find at first. The biggest complaint is there wasn’t a working light in the stairway (we were on the 2nd or 3rd floor) so it was hard to see at night.

A basic clean room close to everything. The pictures online look a little better than the actual room but it was nice place to land every day.

I booked last minute which is probably why I got the room with no windows. Unfortunately this means the only ventilation is the AC, so it doesn’t get ventilated until arrival. There was a bit of a funny smell until I did turn it on. Also, cleaning wise, it was mostly clean but there is a fair bit of unhealthy looking mould in the shower and around the bathroom. Also a really dusty lamp shade, it’s probably time for a deep clean. The light in the bathroom is hanging out of its socket, shower door kept falling off and the shower head is rubbish (sprays all directions). A little rejuvenation and it’d be quite alright.

The location is amazing. It’s really what you’re paying for after all.

The french/italian men also staying were real a-holes. brought back guests even tho it was not allowed (and also it was written that we need to be quiet after 22) and started yelling-talking at 4.30 in the night in the common spaces which ofcourse woke me up. when i asked them to stop or keep it down, the guests that the men brought, french women, said "why?". Gee why, i wonder why i would like to keep sleeping at 4.30! incredibly rude. they ignored me completely and kept talking for however long they liked. guests like that need to be kicked out immediatly, but they were allowed to stay

I really enjoyed our stay at Bye Bye Roma Pantheon suite. It's a small business, with just four rooms, but it had everything we needed, and was close by to the Pantheon and we could walk almost anywhere. Our host was great and would answer immediately whenever we had a query.

Very very noisy. Even with double glass the window is insufficient to protect from the street noises. People speaking loudly, traffic. You will listen. Not possible to create the full dark in the room. No curtains. Basic furnitures.

Difficult to find as property does not have a sign. Then got text instructions to a key box which we did not know how to use ( easy when you know how) - bathroom a little tired. Noisy air con unit. Wonderful host though sorted quickly and had a great time in Rome.

Not great wifi ( not sure what they can do about that ) it needs darker curtains as the shutters and light curtains do little to stop the light , water leaking out of a very noisy aircon , but they were lovely so I can forgive these flaws , it’s just for knowledge for future customers

It was VERY hot. There is an AC but it was quite noisy to have it on through the night. There was also a lot of noise from the street with people walking by at all hours of the night.

The Location is excellent. We walked everywhere from our accommodation. Breakfast in the little Snack bar downstairs was great.
