small shower, water can get over the bathroom floor, the shower curtain hits the toilet leaving even less space in the shower (we found it tight even considering my partner and I are quite small humans). i wouldn’t say the beds were very comfy.

The location is perfect..the personel is amazing especially the FinishItalian guy receptionist with the ponytail...thin stylish and very very polite.The room was good with windows all around...small room but great bathroom. Overall...im very happy i chose them.

The single beds are very narrow, I assume 80cm wide. The walls are too thin, so you can hear the noisy guests in the corridor. The picture with the garden is irritating, access to the garden was not possible.

Very good location, room is functional, clean and ideally furnished. Large bathroom including shampoo, soap everything available. Very friendly staff. We were completely satisfied. All sights within walking distance.

The street can be noisy because of the rubbish trucks that pass by very early in the morning, but this is not the host's fault.

The apartment is very well located for visiting Florence on foot and the place is very charming. Eveything was clean and we had plenty of storage space to set up in the bedroom. There were coffee machines and vending machines in the building, which is handy for leaving early in the morning. There are some very good trattoria around the apartment, we recommend "L'arte di Dory". There's also Florence's famous photo booth just around the corner and an excellent ice cream shop in the area!

We were staying during a heat wave (+40C) and had problems with air conditioner. In the first room we stayed it wasn't working, so we were kindly offered new, bigger room with a working air con. The new air con was working, but it wasn't cooling sufficiently - the room was still too hot at night. We also had problems with mosquitos - although we kept window closed most of the time, they still somehow managed to sneak in.

Superb location with tons of great restaurants and gelatto places in less than 5 min from the hostel. Beautiful, old building, equipped with a new elevator. Rooms are decently sized and comfortable. There are no private kettles in rooms, but there is a coffee machine in the hallway that makes surprisingly decent coffee (but make sure to bring cash). Good wifi.

It was a bit hard to find. But that's all.

It was very cheap and simple in the best way possible. Straight-forward, clean and central in the city. You can also keep cool quite well in the rooms. Perfect for budget traveling!

When we booked there was something that said this place would provide breakfast, like a b&b. It turns out this was only for large groups. A bit disappointing but I drank a great lil cappuccino from their machine and recovered immediately:)

The property was beautiful and located so close to all the sites and places we wanted to see. Only a short walk from all the best cafes and trattorias! Our room was small, tidy, and had a view of the street. Beds were comfortable and the AC made it a nice place to escape the heat. When we walked out to the lobby to start our days, we would hear really pleasant music coming from the building beside us. The staff were helpful and very pleasant! It was picturesque - my partner and I loved it.

There are mosquitos in the couryard.

The buildings are charming and the staff are exceptionally helpful. There is very good air-conditioning and an anti-mosquito device in the room. Excellent location to walk to all the main attractions. Good information from reception. Clear instructions for the entry system. Good quality towels.

We imagined rooms would keep cold but as we were on the 2nd floor, with the sun, it was getting warm and we had to keep AC on at all times. Also, better pillows/ spare pillows would have been appreciated. When requested, we received extra though. Also, doors are not sound proof, so we were awaken when our neighbors came in, probably drunk, at 5 AM and shutting doors loudly, breaking a glass in their room....

The building is historical and architecture is nice. Location is close to many attractions, Wireless is good enough. room was really big. AC was working well. Warm water at all times. Fridge in the room to keep drinks cold. Mattress is comfy.

Bathroom was pretty disappointing. The shower was just curtains and nothing else, if was a little unpleasant. Also the street was pretty loud at night, but that is not their problem so I wouldn’t count that as something I didn’t like.

- it would have a mini freezer, I use to drink milk everyday but it was impossible to conserve without a freeze in the Italian summer.
