The windows in the rooms didn’t have curtains so unfortunately it was hard not to wake up early in the morning. Although the bathrooms were nice and cleaned everyday, in the women’s bathroom the shower head holder was broken meaning you had to hold the shower head to shower and in the men’s bathroom the water wouldn’t stay warm for more than 30 seconds.

The bed was super comfortable and we loved the balcony and the view from there. Windows were great to let in light during the day, and offered a great view of either Vesuvio or the patio inside the building. The place was also right by the Duomo Metro station on Line 1, which was super great to get around the city. We loved the place overall and the self check-in process was very clear as they sent lots of messages and quickly answered any questions we had. Signs around the palazzo and apartment directing guests were also really helpful.

I liked everything, but perhaps adding a shower mat for the bathrooms would be amazing to make sure water doesn't get all over the bathroom and corridors!

The location is amazing as you are close to the main train station, the historical centre, and have a metro station just on the other side of the road. The B&B itself is at the top floor of a gorgeous building complex, and has such a beautiful view from the terrace on the roof. It was simple accommodation but really comfortable. Thank you so much!!

The experience was really good in general. We just missed some basic kitchen items (such as knives and a microwave...). The curtain in our bedroom also did not completely block the sun.

The place is really well located, close to the train station and the city center. The room is good and comfortable.

Men’s shower short I couldn’t qui the stand up. Also air conditioning in the room didn’t work we were a little hot.

Sharing the bathroom can be challenging if the other travelers do not respect the common hygiene standards but luckily for us there was only one minor incident when this was a problem. Also it is a shame that the little rooftop garden is not furnished as it looks on the pictures.

The location was superb it is in a beautiful building on the top floor with great view to Vezuvio. The bed was super comfortable and there facilities had everything we needed.

Nice appartment. Very clean. Cosy and practical. The other people staying there at the other appartements were quite pleasant. Nice roof terrace. The espresso machine was a nice feature. Good food around the corner. The introduction guide how to access the apartment was helpful and a nice idea. Central location with easy access to Metro and trains.

The two bathrooms are divided men’s and women’s. However they have no need to be as both just have a toilet and shower in them. Also it’s unfair as the women’s bathroom has a nice tall shower with lots of space and a window, but the men’s is tiny with no window with a small shower in a bath which meant my boyfriend couldn’t wash properly has he was too tall. I would advise removing the gender labels so that taller men can shower properly in the ‘women’s’ bathroom. The bathrooms should be cleaner and the shower didn’t drain and had no shower gel/soap.

The bathroom is at the end of the hallway which is a bot far from the rooms. We couldn’t manage to solve and brew coffee with the machine in the common area.

Located close to the city center and the train station. There are many heavy iron gates you need to pass to reach to the apartment, but after seeing how unsafe the area is, you like them. The host is super helpful.

Unfortunately there’s not a kitchen sink to wash up dishes and so you would need to use the toilet sink. I feel like past guests couldn’t be bothered to clean the cups/bowls (there were a few very dirty ones in the cupboard). The hot water wasn’t working for a day and a half but the manager quickly came over to fix the issue :)

Great location, can pretty much walk to all the main streets/places of interest. The bed was super comfortable and a great size for my husband, baby and I. You can enjoy a lovely view of the mountains and the tops of the buildings on a clear day. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Accessing main entrance on a Sunday. Main large gates were closed. Relying on intercom. Weekdays likely easier.

Very well located, short walking distance from the Centro Storico and da Michele Pizzeria, directly next to the Duomo metro station, so one can reach all the most popular parts of the city within a short time. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, beds are comfy.

It took a few minutes to reach the host from the front door, which was a bit nerve wracking, but once we connected - all was well. We would’ve liked to leave bags at the Caesar after check out for an hour or two, but simply leaving them in an un-attended lobby (where there are other guests coming and going) didn’t feel very secure.

Great assistance in advance with airport transfer and instructions on accessing apartment. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable.
