5th floor, no lift. Coffee machine, kettle there but no coffee or teabags. We arrived late at night and there were no refreshments. It spoiled the feeling.

Amazing location, lively street, great food and cafes very close by. We could hear our room neighbors through the walls but we were comfortable with that as we had a very active baby ourselves ;), dog friendly, climatized rooms, very smooth communication with the hosts

More info on the place would help. One has to walk up stairs of a dingy building. One window is blocked by aircondition and the other is above a noisy bar.

The door lock to my room was fickle to say the least. So i left the door unlocked at all times, with the result that it came open on its own. The tv sits at an awkward 180° angle from the bed. Noise from next door room. I had a backpack so didnt mind the 4th floor.

I quite liked the buddhist decor of the common room. Sets a nice atmosphere. The glorious view from the shared balcony (though due to its exposition doesnt get direct light, at least in winter). Room was spotless clean. It d be a great structure to block book, taking all the 3 rooms with friends. Price is very fair, considering the super central location.

The apartment is perfectly located and clean. Eduarfo was very helpful! Our air conditioning was not working and he relocated us for the night, and fixed it the nect morning :)

Very nice terrace - the cleaning starts shortly after 10 am so you'd better use it earlier. There are some basic dishes, kettle and capsule coffee machine (unfortunately the inserts were not always available) - enough to prepare a simple breakfast or a snack.

the room was small (we are a Family of 3), no staff at all, you have to do everything on your own. i can’t remember how many floors but 70 steps to get to the flat.

There was a lot of noise from other rooms. Could consider to add a small hob in the kitchen common area. Very friendly lady cleaning the property, could speak some English to communicate with visitors. Everything else was really good and very convenient.

Perfect location, in the heart of Cagliari, everything you might want to visit no more than 15 minutes walk, nice veranda, very good facilities, clean, friendly staff.

It was really weird, the decorations were really strange, all those Budas everywhere. Also we had problems with hot water, I stayed in the shower 5 minutes waiting for hot water to came. And what I desliked most was the smell (home perfume) it was so strong and disturbing, I felt like I slept in a church because of that smell.

We had an amazing and wonderful stay here at Domus Karalis. The room is great, the bed and the linens and very comfy, you have all the needed amenities, coffee in the morning and a lovely terrace from where you can enjoy the city view and lights in the evening. It’s right in the middle of the city centre and the hosts are more than welcoming. We just loved it and this is the only accommodation we would stay at if we are to return to Cagliari. Thank you!

I didn't know I would have to walk up 5 flights of stairs (top floor) to get to my room. I'm 67 years old, I had a backpack and a small suitcase I had to lug up. I realize there is not a breakfast plan, but a cup of coffee in the morning would have been nice. There was the set up for it in the shared sitting area but there were not coffee pods supplied.

Our reservation was confirmed, and yet after filling in their form they never sent the instructions to check in. We arrived to the place into check in time and tried to reach anyone from this apartment but THEY ARE NOT REACHABLE. They don’t answer calls, don’t answer WhatsApp or the booking chat, and in the end, a lady that works for the same company but in their cafe could contact her colleague who said have no idea of a reservation, but eventually found our booking and we could finally checking, during the whole stay they never replied to our previous messages and did not communicate at all. The apartment is located in a 5th floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR so we did a good workout carrying our luggage in the hand. We will never book this place again, we found other places nearby, cheaper and better price/quality.
