Bed was very gard. The food was horrendous. We order a burger and spaghetti to our room and a plain hamburger patty arrive with no bun and the spaghetti was so dry. The tiramisu cream was sour also. It was very expensive so it was disappointing.

The breakfast was superb, the room with walk in wardrobe was a very good size. The location overlooking the sea was very good but the walk into town seemed a little bit long, apart from that, nothing but high praise.

Enjoyed having room with balcony overlooking pool, with town/sea view. The recreation terrace area is also nice to have drinks or eat. Easy walk to sea and restaurants. Staff very accomodating.

Wellness (saunas and inside pool) was out of order whole time during our stay what was unpleasant as wellness was reason why we booked this hotel

The only small thing was that the use of the spa facilities weren't included in our stay.

Everything was excellent here, the staff were some of the friendliest I've ever met. The salt water pool was great to relax at. They really looked after us. We had breakfast every morning, it was delicious and there was a massive variety. The location and views from our room were unbelievable. Will definitely be back.

In the offer was mentioned that the transport by taxi from the airport is included but actually this was not happening. Therefor I called the customer service and although Kingsley M. was extremely supportive he could not do anything in this respect as it was not his decision!

The staff was great ! The breakfast was exceptional and the room was perfect for a three family members. The location is a bit outside the old city but not very far away.

The carpets on hallways could use a shampoo wash.

The breakfast was wonderful and location was great! Not sure why is rated lower by other guests but the hotel has a high end feel and we appreciate the staff attentiveness. We loved that parking was available for free.

The food was a bit expensive, and there wasn't a proper cocktail menu at the bar.

This hotel was fabulous! It is in such a great location, a 15 min easy walk to the main centre. The view outside the hotel is breathtaking. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they all spoke great English. The pool was very clean and well maintained, the pool atmosphere was quiet and relaxing with many lounge chair/beds always available. The room was lovely with new and modern, clean furniture. The bed was comfy and the room was serviced perfectly each day. Lots of counter space in the bathroom and a big shower with great pressure and luxurious toiletries. The aircon was exceptional, extremely impressed with it! I would definitely stay here again.

great sized room and always very clean. It was worth getting a sea view balcony a lovely way to start the day and spend early evening. Staff very friendly and helpful (better than the local tourist office for bus info).

Tbh were do I start ..soon as I arrived had a lot of cases no one came out to help actually looked closed not welcoming at all no way its a 5 star hotel looks a bit run down externally Inside is very clean and modern ..says its a spa hotel but you have to pay £45 for an hr and half even if your a guest the gym also is very poor machines broke just one bench and a few weights...its a fair walk also from the town didn't mind this tbh our room backed onto a housing estate with alot of graffiti tbh there's graffiti everywhere in sardinia ..the staff apart from one guy darius were quite rude and ignorant tbf think this relates to most of the local ppl we encountered over the 2 weeks with the odd exceptions we was quite shocked ..the breakfast prob the best thing about our stay even on departure was taking our cases down early 6.30 ish then coming back for breakfast some guy ran out thought he was going to help my wife with the big cases but no he shouted room number room number ! Asif we was doing a runner for the room bill wow! Wouldn't go back well in general wouldn't go back to sardinia for what it cost over 7k there's alot better places in the world to discover ..plus side beautiful beaches and sea hope this helps ppl !

Issues with air conditioning in room. Absurd opening hours of the pool, making it near impossible to use. Poor gym equipment, more in keeping with a home gym rather than that of a 5 star hotel. Multi gym was broken and changing facilities were out of order. Also the gym opening hours were limited, (closed at 7pm). No robes provided in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities were limited, no caffeinated coffee was provided. No biscuits.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Pleasant dining staff.

My husband got food poisoning on the 4th day there and spent over 24 hours in bed. We informed management and not one person came to check how he was. Very very disappointing.

Hotel was lovely and quiet and a perfect 15 minute walk into the old town. Spectacular views and never issues for Sun loungers at the pool.
